OODLES CHEETAM HILL BRANCH STAFF MANJU

If you're looking for a new Chinese restaurant to try, I highly recommend checking out Oodles Cheetam Hill. I recently dined there and had a fantastic experience.
First and foremost, the staff was amazing.
Manju in particular stood out as an exceptional server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
In addition to the great service, the food was delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was flavorful and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the katsu chicken curry and the egg fried rice and udon noodles. Also the teriyaki chicken.

The restaurant itself is also very nice - modern and clean with a cozy ambiance.
Overall, I highly recommend Oodles Cheetam Hill for anyone looking for great Chinese food and excellent service. And be sure to say hi to Manju if he's your server - he'll take great care of you! Xxx

Food was a indistinguishable mush. Two different types of chicken that both tasted the same and drowned in chilli sauce and soggy chips drowned in the same sauce. Literally could not eat it and ive never had a takeaway that was bad enough to leave!

Disgusting food, first time trying this food and the last. Everything went in the bin, over spiced. Do not order food from here. Ordered by just eat and 2 items were missed off the order. Really it is bad

Portion sizes have gotten so small that the large boxes are the same size as the smalls ones used to be. Absolutely ridiculous and won’t be ordering again until the sizes have improved.

Is this place a joke ? A large box was ridiculously small am guessing the next size down can be no bigger then a match box going by the size of the large. All the food tasted exactly the same mine and my partners were no different even though we didn’t order the same thing just full of chilli sauce, vile would 1000% never order from this place again learn what Chinese food is before you try serve that rubbish.

The sizes just get smaller and prices keep increasing.
I was not happy with the costs against the box size the last time. I ordered again thinking ‘try them again and see’ to find the box has got even more smaller. Its so disappointing. What used to be ‘small’ is now large and costs £5 more.
Never again now..stick to chopstixx!!!

Absolutely rubbish, all of 3 items mixed up testing terrible, Alk three menus were different it was as though they had picked up left overs and stuffed it into the boxes all tested same and terrible

Just had a delivery from Oodles Chinese in Alum Rock Birmingham. I won't be ordering again!

I ordered a large box and what I received is not representative of the image shown on the website on deliveroo. It looks like the size of the standard box displayed.

The egg friend rice was boiled rice basically! You can tell by the colour before you even taste the rice. I found some tiny pieces of egg that might have been added to the box.

And the prawns cracker packet was a laugh! The image suggests it's a large packet but it's actually a tiny parket that contained 10 prawns crackers! This cost £1.39!

The food was tasteless and all thrown into the box carelessly so the various items had just all mixed together.

There was very little curry in the vegetable katsu curry...just a few piece of tasteless vegetables.

Shameful basically!

Terrible food...overpriced and oily with no flavour... 3 tiny pieces of chicken that actually tasted of nothing...do I need to go on...don't waste your money with this rip off chinese, back to our local Chinese for us.

Visited Oodles in both Rochdale and Bury as a family of four. First visit was bad but thought it was just an off day however second visit was equally as bad. The meat was tough, portion sizes were inconsistent, service was slow and miserable, overpriced and definitely not value for money.

I go here only because of the kung pao chicken. That’s it. I’ve never had a problem per se until the last order. I order two large boxes of the Malaysian chicken with king pao. The king pao was fine but the Malaysian chicken was under cooked massively. It practically tasted raw and made me ill. I don’t care how busy a take away is, the food should be cooked properly. It’s because of negligence like this people fall sick. Not happy and doubt I’ll order from here again. Also they have become very tight on the amount of chicken they give. They fill the box with rice/noodles and miserly amount of chicken as topping. Was never like this when they first opened up.

First time here to try.
asked for slim noodles with beef and prawns.
received pasta Spaghetti with rubber cardboard strip beef and 3 breaded prawn thrown in to the wok? not normal prawns but breaded prawns. it was absolutely crap. £10 for a box of Spaghetti. never ever will I or anyone I tell will go in this place again.
Avoid at all cost.

New boxes even smaller than the last, a total rip off they have taken the fish off the menu, then charged me an additional £1.50 for 3 over cooked prawns. Food quality is terrible and generally over priced for what it is. Staff talking over the boxes whilst serving. Disgusting hygiene habits. I will not be returning. Save your money and go Gregg's next door. Awful place

Reduced the quantiy, increased the prices and removed the fish from the menu

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Food is an absolute joke. The chickens rock hard, couldn’t even put my fork in it and the rice tastes like undercooked lamb. Don’t get me started on the portion size! I ordered large and it was tiny and well over priced! there is a Chinese (Chopstix) who have amazing food and cheap it’s just down the road. Anyway DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Rip off. Small medium or large. You get same amount food and even the box has less then 5mm diff. Noodles are a joke. Save your cash

Amazing takeaway 🤤 love the create your own boxes, good prices and you get alot in it. I recommend the chilli chicken and teriyaki chicken Absolutely gorgeous 😍 PS: Drinks are a rip off don't buy them £1.70 for a 330ml can of coke 😖✋️

Terrible food!
Got soup today, it's like very salty congealed jelly.
