Horrendous service. There is absolutely no support unless you pay extra for it. Which we did one year, and they still were unable to help us with the support level we paid for. We receive no notifications of updates. If our license runs out there is no notice, its just gone and we have useless software. Tried numerous phone numbers trying to get someone, got someone at random and she could not patch us through to someone to help us without a name to direct us. When we asked how we can find a name as we do not have one she said "with a little research i'm sure you can find one". Wonderful, quality service. Currently working with another company to get set up so we can run from this one. We will be taking a large finacial loss leaving them after signing a new contract, but we can just not function this way any longer.

They hold you ransom to sign long contract

I had a query regarding the set up of my OpenText spam filter so contacted the company directly and received a detailed response the same day which I successfully implemented.
I have been involved in computing for decades and seldom experienced such excellent response to a service issue. Well done OpenText and thank you.

we had one of the worst experience with this product that resulted in 'mismanagement' of vendor invoice documents for quite some time after having gone live. the software was landing a lot of documents into 'error' and neither the SI nor Opentext were owning responsibility of the issues to faster resolution. Be careful before selection of this product.
