I loved the product it helps so much and helps me more more intentional with my day. but unfortunately my peace juice spray bottle stopped working the third day. I emailed customer service who were very nice they told me to soak it in hot water & that they unfortunately do not have an additional piece to send me to replace the spray part of my bottle. It did work but within a few hours it stopped working again, I am disappointed because I love the product but it made it a tad bit harder to use because I have to use my dropper from my good mood juice for my peace juice. Hopefully this was just a bad batch of the spray bottles because I will be buying the product again.

They are very responsive, have great products and easy to communicate with. And fast delivery!

The only reason I am giving two stars is because after placing my order I accidentally put down the wrong shipping address and when I went to correct it by updating the shipping information and immediately sending Organic Olivia’s customer service a note explaining the situation I received no response and the product ended up going to the wrong address so I have not yet had the chance to try it! My friend let me try hers a couple weeks ago though and it completely worked! Excited to try it again at some point…

SO DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS! This is already really helping me to lengthen my cycles (which I needed to do), and already started working as soon as I started using it! The smell is amazing, like even as a candle scent or something, this just adds a cozy vibe to my home when I’m brewing it! I’ve gotten compliments on the scent when I’ve brewed it LOL! It’s so yummy!

The only feedback for improvement is regarding the packaging- it arrived with a small tear in the pouch (not sure how that happened, but I guessing during transport) and the zip seal thing broke easily and doesn’t work at all, so I have to put it in a Ziplock bag so that it can stay fresh. Otherwise, this is a GREAT TEA! I look forward to continuing to drink this every day!!

They responded quickly to my concerns, and when we could not resolve the problem, they gave me a replacement for the product.

I was sick and ordered the Chest comfort. I felt better after two days of taking it!

I would recommend this to anyone. I absolutely believe in this product. It worked immediately!! I have had some issues since I gave birth and this seemed to help immensely.

I love Organic Olivia’s supplement line so much. Great quality stuff that actually works.

I like the subscription system set-up. It gives me a timely alert that a new shipment is coming just in case I need to pause or push back a month. It is also super easy to check online and change your settings but most exciting is the reward system! It definitely helps me choose OO over other supplements companies.
