This was my second time buying from Oufer. I love the variety & the jewelry is different. I just hope you'll fix the problems with the septum rings. I've had problems with some rings being hard to take out. Now I'm noticing the clickers are not closings & can easily open on their own which makes it easy for them to fall out.

I buy all my jewellery from oufer body jewellery because simply put its quality and dosent look cheap on i scroll enjoy the layout of the page and what i want from a huge range also i only wear the Gold options but im there for do long choosing and not once have i found it looks cheap and goes a funny colour after a while it stays looking beautiful in my peircing oufer really is a fantastic company! Definitely worth looking at youll it and look beautiful x

The jewelry came very quickly and it looked great. However, one of the hoops fell out of my ear after just a week and is lost. It felt like the closure wasn't super strong. I've never lost an earring like this before.

Ordered an item and there is a problem with it. I have emails customer services 3 times to return and they just don't reply. Wouldn't recommend sadly.

This company ignores any attempt at refunding purchased items. I bought a nose ring for my wife that was not cheap from this horrific company. The nose ring is simply just not the right size. Package is unopened and unused. Customer support has ignored several emails and does not answer the phone number listed on the website. Please do not make the same mistake. I did and buy anything from this company. It is a scam.

Incorrect item size/colour delivered weeks ago now. No response from customer support when they previously emailed me from the email address to check my order notes - so i know the email address works - i’m just being ignored…..

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

I placed an order for two pieces of jewellery and received one of the items I paid for, along with a third piece that was kindly included as a free extra. However, the second item I actually ordered and paid for was completely missing from the package.

I contacted the company to explain the issue and was initially told that both items had supposedly been shipped, and was asked to double-check the package and confirm whether it had been damaged. I did exactly that and explained that the package arrived intact. I also clarified that the additional piece I received was the free item they had included, and was therefore separate from the item I had actually ordered.

Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was then left without a response. I sent a follow-up email after several days, again politely asking them to resolve the issue and send the item I had paid for. I have still received no response.

I understand that mistakes can happen with orders. What I find particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and the fact that I have had to repeatedly chase up an issue that should have been straightforward to resolve.

I’m not expecting special treatment, I simply expect to receive the product I paid for, or at the very least receive a response regarding the issue. Unfortunately, the way this has been handled has left a very poor impression of the company’s customer service.

I hope they eventually resolve this, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the company unless you want to sink your money on a random spend as it’s been about 2 or 3 weeks at this point and i’ve had nothing in regards to a replacement item, a refund or even acknowledgment beyond the initial email telling me to check my package again as if i had missed it…

The nose ring broke in 2 days and one of stud came off. The clicker wouldn’t latch on. Worst piece & waste of money. Don’t recommend.

Jewelry is decent quality for the price , but shipping was a nightmare. My package was lost and while they were quick to replace it, you are definitely getting what you are paying for.

Shipping is fast but the last 4 things I've bought has broken within a week or so im a little annoyed with this

I saw an ad for this company on YouTube and instantly went to the website. I was super impressed with the selection of jewelry, I was impressed with the option of a free gift after a certain amount spent, I received my order very quickly and I was extra impressed with the packaging. In fact, I like the packaging so much I kept it to store my new jewelry! The jewelry itself is high quality for a very affordable price, and super easy to put in and take out. I got 5 hinged nose hoops and 2 nose studs and they are all beautiful, durable, and don't turn my skin green! I will definitely be buying again! Highly recommend!

Horrible quality, horrible customer service. The pins of two threadless tops I ordered are weak and defective. They bend completely sideways when I try to insert them into posts, making the jewelry unusable. I messaged them for support, and they reply without actually reading my messages. I had to explain myself 5+ times and they still aren’t understanding. Communication is slow and lacking. They respond with 1-3 word messages in the middle of the night but apparently are based in California? They offered no solution but for me to pay return shipping (internationally!). That’ll cost more than the jewelry is worth.

I don’t know how they have such good reviews on Etsy — something fishy is going on.

I’ll be attempting to get a refund through Etsy by filing a case.

On 3/6/26 bought a pair of hoop earrings (314.00). They came two different sizes. Order both the same size. The person selling on Etsy said she didn't see any difference. The photo was very clear. Playing
games.
Asked her to give me a prepaid return label and they put a totally diffrent city on the address. More games. I filed a claim with Etsy and Etsy refund me. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Very dishonest. The seller on Etsy is very hard to deal with. She uses several different names. Ordered from another company I thought was different, it wasn't it was her again. She sent me the 9.97 verison earrings instead of the 300.00 ones. Going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Something very wrong with this company. Got second pair of earrings today finally. Took the earrings to a jeweler and they said not solid gold, there was no mark on it and they were hollow. Jeweler said he didn't even know if they were even gold. They claim they mark them 14kt. No mark any where. Never buying her again. This company is high risk of you being ripped off.

Exactly as described. Great communication, packaging and quality of product! Was easy to put in and clasp and has stayed closed - even with some pulling.

Ouferbodyjewelry the company has bad jewelry and bad customer service. I usually do a better job researching before purchase, but they're on Etsy so I felt safer. They sent me an earring that had multiple reviews with the same EXACT issue, so there's an apparent design flaw with the hoop I purchased. I reached out to them through Etsy and they didn't even respond! Luckily Etsy is there to fight my battle, but Ouferbodyjewelry should be ashamed to keep doing such bad business and not taking care of their customers. They didn't even try to help me.

The product arrived in good condition, and they were very helpful in answering any questions about the order.

This company is impossible to get hold of if needed. Ive emailed them countless times about my missing order, no updates, no contact at all. Ive requested they either send me a new order or refund me. I get no response. I wont be buying from their website again as apparently there's no guarantee whether your order will actually arrive
