While the items look exactly as they do in the pictures and are very cute I've been highly disappointed by this company's business practices.

They claim to be a locally sourced business out of California that uses USPS, DHL, or other North American shipping companies and yet my packages have come from China through a Chinese shipping company. My first order was split in two for some reason with one package coming from China, which I thought could have been a computing error. However when my most recent (2nd order) was also shipped from China with the same Chinese carrier I became concerned.

When I tried to reach out to find out what was going on and try to get a refund I've been completely ignored when they had been very responsive the day before. I've tried getting in contact with them through email, the chat option on their website, their Facebook page, as well as Facebook instant messenger, where they had responded to me only the day before because I hadn't recieved any shipping updates.

It's not the business I thought I was supporting nor the products I thought I was buying as the materials could be of questionable quality and I obviously want to be careful what I put in my body. I also would not have paid as much for mass-market items from China as pieces I thought were being hand crafted.

It's been highly disappointing as they have a lot of really cute items, but I can't support a business that isn't honest in their practices or responsive with their customer service.

I have indeed recieved a refund and am satisfied with the resolution. It shouldn't take me publicly shaming a company to get a response.

It still doesn't really make sense why my items would come from China when there are other warehouses much closer.

However my point about dishonest business practices still stands as their website statements about location abd shipping services are still deceptive.

My delivery was ever so slightly slower than my previous purchase but it hadn't affected me at all as it was only a few days and I don't blame the company for that.

I'm so happy with my purchase! It is a bit difficult to get on and off the FIRST time but is completely fine afterwards, just like anything new. Nice, comfortable, attractive! I do genuinely like my jewellery from here, it's nice to find such beautiful jewellery that doesn't cost so much and isn't bad quality. It is absolutely wonderful.

I have mentioned this on their TikTok (from @positivelyerror) before too and the responses are lovely! Customer service is great. I really do like Oufer Jewellery. It is something I absolutely appreciate and the compliments I get from all of my piercings are wonderful. Thank you!

Everything was great. They send you an email in which you can track your product and you don't have to wait so long.

I am so impressed by this company! I accidentally ordered the wrong size hoop and before it was shipped out they promptly made the change. Not only that, they sent me a new hoop at no charge when I realized it was still too small for me. I am very grateful for their amazing & generous customer service. I love my hoop!!!

Worst Shop ever , my package didnt arrrive and they did nothing to fix it . I complained several times but they did nothing .

My sister bought me a jewelry piece here that came in the cutest packaging. I reached out to customer service and asked if there was a way to get more of the packaging and with a purchase they agreed to give me an extra!!! Awesome awesome awesome customer service!!

I placed a big order a couple of months ago and I had a couple of pieces break. I spoke with a sales representative and was told policy was 90 days the first time. Then I was told 60 days the second time. After I got to looking on their website I saw it. No big deal if they could no longer replace the broken pieces, just the way I was talked to was beyond ridiculous. It is not my fault that the jewelry is cheaply made. I sent pictures of what was broken the first time and had no issue. Then I had another piece break and sent pictures thinking it was still under warranty. The way I was talked to was beyond ridiculous. I work with the public as well so I get it. As a matter of fact I am the manager at a restaurant! If I talked to my customers the way I was talked to, my store would be shut down. I would never!! I was accused of getting replacements and SELLING them! I would never do that. I still have my broken pieces and offered to box them up and ship them right back just to show I am an honest person. I was also told that they couldn’t keep sending me free jewelry forever. I am not asking for my whole order to be replaced for a lifetime, obviously. They made me out to be a complete idiot. I am not the type of person to be constantly asking for free hand outs like this bunch put me out to be. If I would have gotten better customer service, I would continue buying whether they had warranty on their jewelry or not. They have officially lost my business. If they leave a smart assed comment underneath this, that just goes to show what kind of people they are.

The product and service exceeded my expectations. Fast shipping. My nose ring was delicate (yet sturdy), sassy and sophisticated. I love it!!

Customer service replied right away. I ordered the wrong size and they said they could ship me the right one. :)

The products were cheap paint started peeling of immediately. In addition most single bead piercing don't come on and off easily which leads to more pain peel. Overall would not recommend.
