Not as good as I hoped
Quite a slow scale to get a reading from, and notice that weighing the same item several times you get a different reading, so I'm a bit disappointed with accuracy tbh

I am sorry to hear this I have checked your order and no issues have been reported I will email you to assist, as the scale is a high accuracy scale it is very sensitive and will require a stable draft free area for weighing to ensure accurate results.
Difficult period locating a problem.
We went through a difficult period with a device that was faulty but did not immediately show the symptoms. Now weighting for the manufacturer's response.

i can not believe how amazing the customer service is from this company, replied to emails within minutes, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease that i was ordering the right scale (they was for a gift) also delivery was next day
