I purchased 3 vango micro chairs, upon receiving I discovered 1 of them was damaged, 1 email sent in the evening. Received email from them 1st thing the next morning asking if id like exchange or refund, I have now received my new chair and a pre paid postage return for the damaged chair.all dealt within 3 days. Perfect seller, highly recommended.

Quick delivery and good prices. No problems at all

I bought a camping bed from the website, it arrived very well packaged and quickly. Unfortunately the bed was faulty, this was absolutely no fault of outdoor gear and the fault was with the manufacturer. I would like to say how refreshing it was to be able to speak to a real person, I got a return post label within seconds of our conversation and a promise they would look into the fault when the bed got back to them. I was even more impressed when two days later I got a phone call to apologise and that the problem has been flagged with the manufacturer who think they have a wider issue. A refund was given immediately. I was very impressed with the service and care taken and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Looks like it was a technical issue and they are working on a new website. I was a bit pissed of writing those below. But now I convinced that they are actually good people doing their job. Sorry for that.

Tried to buy an item from their website. Their website looked very old but I trust the review from here. So I continue to checkout. First address appeared and I filled with my delivery address. Later I see this is a billing address area? Who the heck ask Billing Address first?

And then I put my card info. 3 times being declined by the bank. Later I searched that error on google and realised that address postcode is wrong. So I corrected that and bought the product.

Tragic thing is I told this to them just now, they said I am wrong their website is perfect :) And because of that I am gonna loose somepoint in my credit score. because every declined attemp collected money from my credit account. This is happening to me for the first time. And I really hate filling forms for those vintage websites here!

Excellent company. Genuine and fast. I ordered 3 items at fab prices and they arrived quickly. Would highly recommend and as I am now living in Cornwall and doing the SW coast path I will defo get all my outdoor gear from here.

Great price on the Wellington boots i was after, within an hour of order got a despatch email, next day they arrived, super comfortable on initial test fit , cant recommend highly enough 👍👍

I found it on the Outdoor Gear website at a good price. Having ordered it on the website in the evening, it was dispatched the next day, arriving the day after using DPD. Good price. Good service.

A really good experience. I bought a Fjallraven Singi Heavy Flannel shirt from them and it's arrived very promptly and at a good price too.

I ordered at around 23.00 on a Thursday and it arrived less than 48 hours later on the Saturday.

Communication was good and e-mails were received at each stage, order received, packed, shipped etc.

The only, very minor negative was receiving a dozen e-mails to confirm the order. Hardly enough to lose any stars though and better safe than sorry I guess!

I'd highly recommend them.

The customer service here is fantastic. I’ve been in communication for various bits and bobs and their response is always quick and professional. Returns are dealt with very quickly and refunds straightaway. I would highly recommend.

Superb service from the Outdoorgear team. Clear website, reasonable pricing and easy ordering - the swift dispatch was a bonus. Why only 4* - sorry, but they made the mistake of engaging DPD for deliveries to NE21...
...DPD South Tyneside depot management appears to be non-existent and hence the service is appalling. Despite providing an update of our location over 6 months ago and a photograph of the property via their app, they persist in transplanting our 1830s 2 acre property on the main road into a housing estate 500 metres away. The management of DPD seem incapable of updating their systems, providing the couriers with faulty information, which compounds their inability to read signage and parcel labels. It shouldn't really need hours of the customer's time to chase up non-existent attempts at delivery and flag down couriers when follow-ups are required.
Advice to Outdoorgear guys - your systems are A1, just find a better courier for the north east (DHL, UPS etc) and I will definitely be back.

Ordered Dunlop Gardening shoes on Sunday, had a confirmation email the same day stating goods were packaged and would be posted Monday. They were delivered Tuesday and my wife is very happy with them. Excellent fast service and good pricing. I will use this company again

Wow- this was so impressive. I tried a coat on in the Fjalraven store which I loved but it was £370. I googled the Ovik wool padded jacket and saw it was £234.99 , a huge saving. I bought it Saturday afternoon and couldn’t believe when it was delivered Monday . Such a good service. I’ll definitely buy again from them

Genuine products at low prices was a bit weary of the outdated website but received the omm jacket at around half the RRP within 24 hours of purchase. Would recommend

Brought a Vango tent through their amazon store, which I unfortunately had problems with. However their customer service was excellent: Quick, Helpful and hassle free in all communications. First exchanged the tent for a new one, and then when the new one also had issues, refunded me quickly (had the money back in my account within 24 hours of emailing them) and without argument.

Tent issues were not their fault (Vango to blame for that) so would definitely recommended shopping with them.

I ordered an item from this company at 1pm yesterday and it arrived today before 11am. Faster than Amazon Prime.
