Product received before promised date.

The quality of the product is way below average. The videos and details of the product are false and misleading. The sofa is super flimsy. I’m 5’0” weighing 150. It can’t hold me let alone a couple or a family. The “guarantee” only applies to the shipping not the product being poorly made. You promise high density foam but that’s wrong as well. Y’all are liars, cheaters. It’s a big scam operation. Folks work hard for their money and you scam them. Shame on you!

I am overall very happy with this bed
The bed frame and mattress shipped within about five days and was delivered to me in roughly nine days total.


However, I live in a very small studio apartment and wanted something affordable that would give me the feeling of having a complete bed setup rather than just a mattress on the floor.

The bed sits about 15 inches high, which I like, and the headboard gives it a polished, finished look that makes the space feel more put together.

Once I added a few personal touches, including an economical pillow, a memory foam topper 1.5 inches and pillow topper.
and a turbo fan to help with the heat in my apartment, I felt much more comfortable with the overall setup.

After making those adjustments, I’m doing quite well with the bed and really enjoy how complete it feels.

The bed frame itself is very sturdy and well-made. I especially like the headboard design and how solid everything feels once assembled. One thing to note is that if you zip the headboard to the bed, it can make putting sheets on more difficult.

Because of that, I chose to place the headboard against the wall instead, which worked better for me.

I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for about 15 years before purchasing this bed, so the transition has been an adjustment. The mattress is comfortable, but it feels much more like a traditional spring mattress than a memory foam mattress.

The foam layer on top feels fairly thin, while the support comes primarily from the springs underneath. I would not call the topper piece a True memory foam, but it is a squishy layer.

Because I prefer a softer sleeping surface, I added a memory foam topper and a pillow-top layer.

That made it much more comfortable for my personal preferences. If you enjoy a firmer mattress with strong support, you may not need any additions.

The setup process was straightforward, although I was a little nervous opening the compressed mattress because I had never unpacked one before.

I slowly cut the first two layers to get the instructions. As not to cut through the main package, it will not blow up all at once have a blowup at once..

After I cut only two layers, I enrolled it layer by layer.

Once I carefully cut the packaging and unrolled it, everything expanded as expected.

I upgraded from a full-size mattress to a queen, and I love having the extra space.

After years of sleeping on a smaller bed, the larger size has been a wonderful improvement!!!! I have a queen is like the best decision I made.

I also want to mention something important for anyone considering buying this bed elsewhere. Do not buy this bed on Temu. From what I have seen, they appear to be using the stock photos for this bed but sending people a different mattress that does not match what is shown.

If you are specifically looking for this bed, I would recommend purchasing it from a trusted source to make sure you receive the correct product. Find direct from the manufacturer has the best prices, everyone’s selling this bed between like $600 and $800 or higher.

One thing I wanted to mention is that there were no reviews online when I purchased this bed, so I was taking a bit of a chance.

I’ve stayed in many different beds over the years, and this mattress is much more comfortable than some extremely firm mattresses I’ve encountered. Compared with the memory foam mattress I used for many years, this one feels different, but it still provides good comfort and support.

My memory Foam mattress seemed to contour to my body while maintaining its structure, which worked well for me.

Overall, I think this bed offers excellent value for the price. The frame is sturdy, the mattress is supportive, shipping was fast, and the larger queen size has been a great upgrade.

While I originally thought it would have more memory foam and feel more like a hybrid mattress, the memory foam layer is actually quite minimal and the springs provide most of the support.

After adding my own topper and making a few adjustments, it has worked out well for me.

As someone who is energetically sensitive and usually prefers natural materials, I was concerned at first, but I’m doing fine with the bed after making those adaptations.

We have ordered several sets from Ovios, the most recent asa gift. Comfortable and easy to assemble.

When we ordered, it said items in stock and most delivered within 7-10 days. We originally got a fed ex statement saying it would arrive on Saturday 6/6 (7days from our order). We were thrilled. Specifically ordered this set bc we ordered an Ovios product through Wayfair several years ago and loved the quality, material and service. Assumed it would be even better directly from the company. However, the date got changed three times finally arriving on Tuesday…..but only 4 of the 10 pieces from the two sets we ordered. Needed a new set for a party we were hosting that weekend. Reached out four times to the company. Got one AI response right away saying sometimes come in more than one order and should arrive soon. It didn’t. My other attempts went unresponded to for days and the person I spoke to was very short on the phone. Still not received. Our party came and went and we had already gotten rid of our other set to make room for this one. Emails were finally responded to and said we have a new delivery date of 6/19. 3 WEEKS to receive. Not 7-10 days. And we are hoping it will be here but who knows if it’ll be more of a run around again.
We asked for compensation as the delivery date was not met and because 3 weeks is like a 3rd of a buffalo NY summer that we had anticipated having it for.
An insulting compensation was offered via email.
To top it all off, the cushion material feels much cheaper and Cincy than our first set. Overall structural quality seems good other than that though. Hoping the company offers more compensation for this lousy experience to a ‘ returning customer ‘ to their product and hoping the rest of our sets actually arrive on this new delivery date. We shall see

Love the new patio furniture. It looks very nice and made of high quality materials. It was delivered quickly and in great shape. Very impressed with this company.

I am missing a cushion to one of the square stools in the set. When will it be sent to me. I sent picture showing it missing

Easy! Good price. Great Product, and excellent customer service.
We are trying to remodel a lake cabin and bouth our first set of outdoor patio furniture from a neighbor! We use ours every weekend. The fire table did not some with a glass shield, so we bought a new one, and a cover.

We Love our patio, said that we purchased a couple years ago, but now we wanted to change a color and I was a little disappointed in the fabric when it came, but after looking at it closer on their site, it was exactly what they were showing. it just looked like a deeper orange. I didn’t realize that this was a foreign country that was selling these items, but they were helpful.

Had only one concern . The order consisted of two boxes.... the smaller box containing two chair seat and back covers had been opened and repacked ?
Pleased with product and quality !

The product came fast. It is very comfortable and perfect for my enclosed porch

I have not received my furniture yet. Received notification that it would be delivered by end of day on Tuesday 6/2/26 by FedEx.

Missing part of my order. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.

Great so far! We just setup the double couch. They are ultra soft and firm enough to seem like
Lasting quality.

This couch does not work for my family and it is not feasible to return it. You get what you pay for I guess
