Sraightforward signing up process, immediate confirmation of deposits, easy access to account information and timely production of Certificates of Interest. Oh, and competitive rates of interest.

I have had several accounts with this bank and have always thought that they provide great service. This was confirmed when after opening a fixed rate bond, they emailed me to let me know that they had just made another bond with a higher interest rate available. They also explained (as I had only just opened the first bond), how to make the change.

Your general interest rates (savings accounts ) are lower than general market rates. Offering higher saving rates on an individual basis is unethical.
