North oxford Mini have been amazing Darren in Parts has been fantastic, great customer service with all the help he has given me sorting and pricing my parts. I would highly recommend Long Hanborough Oxford Mini.

Brought a second hand mini from north oxford mini with Rhys. The whole experience was super easy, very relaxed and we felt very happy with the service that Rhys provided. Would 100% recommend north oxford mini and specifically Rhys.

We collected our new Mini from North Oxford Mini Garage on 20th May. Rhys looked after us from ordering through to delivery, keeping us informed throughout the process. This being our 3rd mini purchased from them we have always found the whole team to be customer focused and friendly.

We bought our mini this afternoon and Katie was excellent. Knowledgable and clear help when viewing the car, and efficient in sorting the paperwork afterwards.

Today I collected my 4th mini from Ricky. The process of him sourcing me a car to my exact specification, to the viewing and patience of me making my mind up has been brilliant. From start to finish his knowledge and professionalism has been second to none. Ricky has been the reason I have continued to purchase my cars from this dealership. However, I would add that all staff make you feel very welcome and the coffee is very good !!

I needed to get my Mini in for a recall service but using their advertised number (01865 319 099) was a complete failure. You first get a woman's voice telling you they're going to record, and then a man's voice with options. No matter which option I chose, the line rang and rang. This happened over several attempts in the last two weeks so it wasn't just the Bank Holiday weekends. I finally got through to the sales team line, then went several rounds of non-stop ringing, then a receptionist, and finally the service department. Please, North Oxford Mini, fix this!

We collected a new Mini Cooper S last weekend, and the whole process from start to finish was a real pleasure. Darren and Rhys really looked after us – no pushy sales techniques, just great service and a clear desire to look after their customers. A great deal (on both the new Mini and the car we were trading in), speedy responses to email queries, fantastic hand-over experience. Thoroughly recommended (and the car’s amazing too!).

I find the process of buying a car quite scary because there are lots of questions and forms and it's a huge amount of money, but Emily is really happy for me to go at my own pace and to her credit, it's resulted in 2 car purchases in 3 years and we couldn't be happier.

Just received our brand new mini... They made the entire process very easy and clear, the waiting time was 6 months from the point when we placed the order... It's a while, but everything has been done inside of the deadlines! Honestly we received one week before than expected;)

Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My purchase was straightforward and quick and she went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. This is my first experience here and I shall be back for all servicing and advice in the future. The waiting area was spacious and so waiting for a service or MOT would ensure overall comfort and Wi-Fi on IPhone was excellent. So overall a 5* experience for me!
