I think the current day admins are out of control. They do things such as put you in the penalty box when it was you that made the report in the first place. In relation to the ban, they say "This is not negotiable and moderators will not reply to any requests in the TWAM forum to remove or reduce the ban." The least they can do is discuss the ban in question so the user can learn more about why they were banned and how they determined the ban period. In any event, I think the site is as bad as I've seen it in a long time so it's no major loss to me.

Cannot get a reply from them having ordered and paid for a PetRide Guard nearly a month ago. As such this business looks like a total scam. Good damn reason to never buy anything over the internet again. These people need to be prosecuted.

The mods ruin the experience for me, including 'hamza23', who I believe is overly aggressive and shuts down communication. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. I feel mods like this try to be dominant and act on the little power they're given to hurt the experience of others.

Worst website i have ever been to, when you try to submit a post or even comment they ban you and block you. Such a scam, these websites should be pulled down.

Even the "Voting guidelines" state that:

Use a positive vote when: "you feel the deal is good"
Don't use a negative vote when: "I don't think it's a good deal"

Been a member for a few years now, tried to sell gift cards that I didn’t want, but post got taken down because the mods there are petty and don’t want me selling my gift cards. site has 100% gone down, mod team seems unreasonable, wouldn’t recommend this site as it’s gone downhill

OzBargain has gone completely downhill in my view. The current mods are the worst I've seen in 20+ years of forum usage. It appears to me that the founder has checked out and doesn't care. This inept and incompetent group of mods are running riot, getting the power from forums that they likely can't get in real life.

Terribly operated and administered site.
Consistent bullying, the admins either don't address it when reported, or take sides.

The most disgusting platform in Australia. Full of scammers and toxic people. The admin is the main culprit. I am notifying federal police for investigating for his falsified behavior through OZbargain.com.au ! Be alert ! Never share your email. They will send spamming email which may damage your computer system.

Terrible site moderators wanting to be keyboard warriors more then finding the best deal or helping people list deals

This is pure rubbish if you ask a question and not in line with their advertisers you get banned, don't ask any questions.....wow

After messaging sellers/buyers from classfield section I suddenly received a ban from private messaging without warning because "alot of new accounts are registering and scamming lately with gift cards".. yep that was there sole reason for my ban.

Great place for bargains, however the forums are full of rude childish bullies. I'm on the fence on this place. I think they should moderate comments better, and stick to the bargains.

Claim to be for the community but they are not. Mods and admins are happy to work for big companies but they dont help smaller companies.

Easy to place find real bargains, just stay away from the politics of it all haha

This company has been found to be manipulative and run by a bush of moderators that truely have no life. RIP OzBargain. Look after your vendors and they will look after you. You think you're doing good for a community but it's more like a dictatorship.

Potential for a great site ruined by power tripping mods who will ban you for no reason or if you disagree with them on random topics. Sucks. But you get a circus when you put clowns in charge.

if you want to see the worst in the Australian people, just go to ozbargain.com.au and read the comments or post a deal and wait for the feedback. Toxic community and the moderators don't bother. Some funny unfair rules that serve specific businesses.

The Site is full of negativity, too much dictatorship from moderators. Seeing too often my comments would get censored by negative votes (when my comments are actually very useful to general public). Hence showing how illiterate the community is on this website, its full of garbage people and moderators. You can even get bullied and so much harassed on this website, and mods, and admins wont do a single thing about it

You are basically going to be banned if you think you can say whatever you want on this site.

Moderators and admins dont give a dam about you, they only give a dam on human traffic that this site gets, Hopefully this site will go down in future. If they think something bad posted is okay then its okay (as long as it's not an average person posting that like you and me). You complaining mods about a post not being appropriate will do absolutely nothing. But you getting a complain will trigger you a message from MOD saying we have been getting a lot of inappropriate activities blah blah blah from you., If This continues you will be banned.

Also be very careful on posting anything on this website as they will not take ANYTHING DOWN on your request. Also from my personal advice do not talk on Ozbargain private messages (THEY WILL STORE ALL THE DATA ABOUT YOU, and my guess is sell it to other companies). YOUR DATA IS NEVER PRIVATE ON THIS WEBSITE

Also generally speaking Ozbargain isn't even that full on bargains its mostly full of CRAP for a long time, with occasional good deals.
