The FormGet is still a work on progress but overall the software that Pabbly offers is on the top list! A must try tool that offers a variety of coverage. They're prompt to feedback also which I like most about this company. Keep up the good work.

Pabblys service is vocal. They know what are their advantages compared to the competitors. They will make you realize something you didn't think you need. They have the best tools so far tracking payments etc becomes easier because pabbly.

The service for recurring payments and billing is what gets me. It is just very good, very fast and reliable. I love the plans also, specially for the beginner like me. The system almost does everything. Magnificent! It is just somehow confusing at first navigation but when you get used to it, you can't stop working.

The system is thoroughly built and it is secure. My subscription has been for a year now and so far, the service is delivering what it needs to do. I am impressed by the way you can multi task using the service and able to function properly still. Great service all in all.

Every company has its CONS - The real time solution that Pabbly provided when I had an issue with their service is really commendable. I was pursuing time at that moment because of workloads and they assisted me all through out. I didn't have to do a follow up call. A one call resolution it is, great job Pabbly! You guys valued and treat your customers right. I will be staying for a long time, that's for sure.

I have used the newsletter service for over 1.5 years now and I have to say that it works very well. Most importantly, the customer support is very quick in responding to my concerns and does everything possible to help me out.

They completely scammed me. They never followed through with the service and will not refund. Customer service does not exist and the entire company is a scam.

Their lack of empathy and unhelpful CS is from a different universe. I have used others - Mailchimp, SendInBlue and MailerLite so I believe I can speak with full confidence.

The most inflexible of the systems we tried out. If you're already committed to AWS, fine, but if not then expect to be pushed in that direction.

Tried multiple ways to connect our domains with their email send, but was eventually told to either give them access to our GoDaddy account or to remove our Shopify integration!

There are more flexible and easily integrated tools available, most with an ease of exit (i.e. you can export any work or design already done).

If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I signed up with them (2 months) I wasn't able to send any emails. It takes them 2-4 days for them to respond every time because they are in India or just don't care. They kept giving me excuse after excuse, giving me more steps to do and when I did them it still wouldn't work. Then when I would complain again they would give me the EXACT same steps to do as if they don't communicate with each other. Then after I would tell them I already did the steps they would say I have to do them again. Now that I am talking to others who used them in the past I regret asking. They have several names, MagnetBrains, MailGet, Formget, and now Pabbly. Who knows how many other names they have. Oh and don't plan on getting a refund because they won't do it. Spend more money to go somewhere else. It's funny to see the employees leaving positive reviews because nobody likes them.

The platform is just full of bugs. It runs smoothly enough once a subscription is setup but thereafter, any changes you need to make leave us with clients being billed when they shouldn't and pain all round. When we first set it up our clients had difficulty subscribing to the packages as well - and they weren't doing anything wrong. Just a poor customer experience for us but most importantly, for our clients. I'd avoid and look elsewhere.

It helped us a lot in managing our recurring billing requirements for our own services. Earlier we had built the entire billing software ourselves but building a billing software is like trying to build software within the software, which again deviates you from your core focus on building your application.

This company is a scam, i used the list they sent and out of 1000 i had 30 hard bounces, when I asked getresponse for the email list, they didnt provide me with it. then Pabbly used because I was unable to get that list they were not going to refund me, even though I took a screen shot of the conversation and the statistics of the bounces.
