I recently had a 6-zone, and 40-sprinkler system installed by Pacific Lawn Sprinklers, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. If you are looking for a professional, high-quality irrigation solution in Northern Virginia, look no further than Dave and his team.

Here is why they stand out:

Premium Quality: I noticed immediately that they use premium components, like copper instead of the PVC I see in many of my neighbors' yards. It’s clear they don't cut corners on durability.

Efficiency and Professionalism: The crew was professional and respectful of my property. They knocked out the entire installation in just 2.5 days.

Communication: Dave, the franchise owner, personally kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see that level of hands-on involvement and care from an owner.

The "Fire-and-Forget" Solution: This was the clincher for me. They configured the mobile app and pre-programmed everything. They set up a specific schedule for my recently seeded grass that automatically transitions into a long-term maintenance program later. As someone who prefers a hands-off approach to lawn care, this "turn-key" service was exactly what I needed.

DO NOT USE! Despite scheduling and service calls being routed through their corporate office, these are franchise owned and operated. I had a simple sprinkler head replacement service call that resulted in the owner of my local franchise leaving my system with a leak that wasn’t noticed until he left. It took 2 weeks (and a no show appointment) to get him back out only to claim the leak wasn’t his fault and I’d need to pay several hundred dollars more for him to fix the issue.

It was through my calls to the service department that I realized the individual that broke caused the issue and declined to fix it is also the local franchise owner. This model creates perverse incentives for the technician/franchise owner.

Also, while they were out “repairing” my system they provided a quote for additional services and the pricing was outrageous - over $1000 for adding one sprinkler head to my existing system.

Bad service. Bad pricing. And a refusal to correct problems caused by them. This has been a huge headache and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came on time, did the job and the price was good. What more to ask?
