It's probably easiest to paste an exert from my letter to Lightning Packaging on 18th Nov 2024 that I've still had no response from or email about the refund for no supply.....

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have experienced regarding my recent order with your company.

After placing the order, which was confirmed and paid for, I discovered—only after repeated chasing—that the item I ordered was not even available. This is unacceptable, particularly given the following:
1. Prior to placing the order, I spoke to one of your salespeople, XXXX, by telephone (12/11), who suggested the protective bottle packaging option and assured me the product was available and if I’d made the order that day, would be delivered within 2-3 days.
2. I had to chase your team last Thursday (14/11) for a delivery confirmation and was assured I would receive a call back with an update after checking with dispatch, but no one followed up.
3. After arriving at work this morning (18/11) and finding that nothing had been delivered, I had to make another chasing call, when I finally learned that the item was never going to be delivered. No one took the initiative to contact me and inform me of the issue earlier, leaving me waiting unnecessarily.

As a result of this lack of communication and poor service, I am now behind schedule getting client gifts out to meet a deadline.

If someone can please come back to me about my refund of £152.64 which was taken on 12/11.

It's unfortunate that I've had to resort to doing this and a simple response to my email would have sufficed.

The boxes I ordered were just fine but ironically they arrived after a few days in insufficient packaging and were a bit dinged up upon arrival, therefore a 3 star experience.

The service was excellent.
However, we are being discriminated against as are located in the Highlands. Website states free delivery for orders over £100, however we had to pay £40 - unfair!

Clearly missed my order had to call so they could repost lied saying lost with courier

Basically, did what it said. I was slightly surprised that my delivery came in two separate parts.

everything went wrong starting by the sender not confirming the full destination address. Then there was 2nd shipment which was made available 4 days after placing the order. My order was an express order supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days

When you order a product, receive a prompt response to confirm this, followed a note to tell you that it has been dispatched before it actually arrives in good condition with a very short time, then something is working. The packaging was as it says on the box, if you pardon the pun. The archive boxes are strong and easy to make up (about 12 seconds each).

The staff were very helpful, willing to alter the orders and to take returns. Unfortunately, some of the boxes were not of the same standard as that of a few years ago. Some were damaged by the white tape around the packs, and /or the there were small gaps at the corners, which could potentially allow insects or moths to enter.
