I bought 10 carton boxes
I bought 10 carton boxes, 600x600x475. Four of them were mechanically damaged, one or two are badly damaged and it is unlikely I will use it, maybe as inhouse storage. In addition quality of the carton is very poor, yes it is doble wall but the glue which manufacturer used is such that to tear it is too easy. I don't think I will ever buy from you again.

Sent the wrong items, slow to rectify.
We were sent the wrong items and although they were very quick to arrange collection of the 'wrong' boxes, I had to chase for the replacements, which took a week in the end. Not good when I was waiting for the boxes I'd ordered. They blamed the courier for losing the replacement shipment but as I didn't get sent any tracking details for this (but I did for my initial order, the collection and the replacement that did arrive), I'm a bit suspicious of that story and think they just didn't action it until I followed it up.

Good service overall…
Some dents and damages to the boxes and also damp as the plastic bag around it, is not enough to protect the boxes. Always however had a good service and quick to delivery but if boxes can be protected just a little more while in transit
