The paint was the best price I could find, delivered quickly and very well packaged. You cant really ask for much more!

Products ordered on Wednesday evening and arrived, well packaged, on Friday with free postage. Best prices on internet or high street!

Great paint at a great price delivered quickly.

I have been using the High Wycombe store whilst I restore my house. Service is always really good and it is easy to park outside. Very happy.

Great company (so far!). This is my 3rd delivery, 2 via Homebase and one direct… all Farrow and Ball paint and extras. Ordered Monday, received today Wednesday all by DPD. Really securely packaged even though 2 packages arrived upside down! Always a worry when ordering paint. My go to DIY shop now.

I received a severely damaged and dirty tin of Farrow & Ball paint. I emailed Paint Stop with photos of the damage and they basically said tough, I’m sure the paint is fine. I paid full price for a damage free tin. Appalling customer service. No compensation offered. Obviously don’t understand how to install customer loyalty.

Ordered paint online for redecorating my flat and it was delivered on time and as ordered. Would order again.

Good service and communication

Don’t have a local DIY shop so tried these as they had a huge selection. Everything turned up fine, paint was packed extremely well with special packaging to hold the cans in place inside the boxes. Surprised to see bad reviews here

£108 Farrow & Ball paint tin arrived unsealed with tape around the lid (so the paint has spoiled), dried paint around the rim (so the lid can’t be closed after application) and paint leaking inside the cardboard packaging (so a quantity of paint has been lost).

They claimed this “is not uncommon” which is a worry. They said it “will not compromise the quality of the paint” which is a lie based on what Farrow & Ball say. They refused a refund, offering a small tin to replace the lost paint.

Don’t waste your time and money!

Ordered two colours from this company and was supposed to be delivered by DPD. Despite being Amazon Prime. First order took several days to come and arrived damaged. Mishandled delivery. Second was supposed to have arrived 2 hours ago. No trace of goods or driver. Won’t be using again. Decorating was supposed to start tomorrow and now can’t. Don’t know when they can start. This is a disgrace. Just seen other similar stories on here. Will be starting a chargeback

Was a bit wary with the low score on here but i had no problems whatsoever , had bought a couple of items off them at ebay before realising they had a proper website , everything i've ordered has been top notch and delivered quickly , will be using regularly especially for Nour branded products that i rate highly but not that easy to get hold of in the UK.

I ordered a specific Macpherson paint that I couldnt get locally in time for a job. So ordered with this company. They sent a cheaper alternative, a product I could have bought locally and didn't even contact me to say they were doing this. Not even offered to credit me the difference

Unbelievable, the product is not the same, it’s like saying Skoda and Porsche are made in the same VW factory , ordering a Porsche Boxter and getting a Skoda Yeti !!

Given the weight of the pant a return for refund isn’t economically viable. A responsible solution to credit back the difference between the product purchased and the product supplied was refused.

1 star is one star too many!!!

Not a one-star for Paintstop as I haven't yet received anything but because they use Evri for delivery. Evri have had the paint for over a week and still no idea when it will be delivered and Amazon (who I ordered through) are suggesting claiming a refund - does that mean they know it won't be delivered - very strange. I won't be using Paintstop again. Evri is trashing your businesses reputation

Absolutely fantastic price for the paint I wanted - far cheaper than any DIY store. With free delivery in 48 hours, I'm over the moon. 10/10
