They carry a great mix of traditional and modern styles, so it’s easy to find something whether you’re shopping for a wedding, festival, or family event. The variety across lehengas, sarees, Indo-western outfits, men’s wear, and kids’ wear is well thought out and updated.
What I liked most is that nothing felt outdated or repetitive. The quality is solid, the pricing is reasonable compared to many other stores, and the staff is helpful without being pushy. Items were just as pictured. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Things to note are whether the item says it’s ready to ship or will be in 2-3 weeks. Also, measure yourself and compare it to the sizing chart. This store will get you your item quickly, and you’ll be in love! I definitely will shop again.

You will not regret your purchase with Palkhi Fashion
I was looking for a dress to wear for an Indian wedding that I was invited to. I loved the look of the dress on the Palkhi Fashion website and followed the sizing guidelines to order the size I thought would fit me best. After ordering the dress, I was immediately contacted by a service member at Palkhi fashion on WhatsApp to make sure the size that I ordered was correct. I was able to give them my exact measurement to customize to me which was perfect. I was also asked if I wanted to keep the can-can that provides the additional volume to the bottom of the dress. I honestly didn’t know, so they sent me a video of the dress and how I can remove the can-can if I don’t need it. I was very impressed with the level of attention to my order to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. I received the dress yesterday and it fit perfect and the quality of the dress was exceptional. My biggest regret was not paying the additional $20 to have the hem the dress to my height. It was an oversight on my part and I highly recommend you pay the additional money before it is shipped. I cannot recommend this company more. They truly understand the level of customer service that goes above and beyond anything I have experience with an online order. The quality of the product for the cost was well worth it. You will not regret ordering from Palkhi Fashion!

Outstanding customer service…
Palkhi has exceptional customer service. My daughter received her lehenga and it was too big. The tailor did a video chat with us to see what needed to be altered. They offer a one time alteration at no charge and they even pay return shipping both ways! I have never heard of an Indian clothing company provide such amazing service! I am very pleased with my experience with Palkhi and would shop with them again in the future.

Not worth buying from here, terrible customer service! Purchased a lehenga and paid for altering of the blouse which included replacement of misshapen cups (as they had written in the alteration notes at time of purchase). When picking up (3 weeks later), the cups were not changed and we were told to come back another time because it is a "big job." When coming the third time to pick it up, we were told that they had burned the blouse with an iron and that we should choose another outfit for which we would have to pay the price difference (plus the alteration cost for the new outfit we choose!). Barely an apology for burning the outfit. No acknowledgement for not giving us a call when it was burned so we could find another outfit in time for our event. They did nothing to make up for this other than a "discount next time you come in." Big waste of time, will not be coming back.

Wonderful Online Shopping Experience
I bought a lehenga choli and a kurta pajama online from Palkhi Fashion. Both turned out great. I had the choli altered so it was slightly bigger, and the staff was easy to work with and helpful throughout the alteration. This store has beautiful, unique clothing and great customer service. I recommend them if you need an Indian outfit for any event.
