After a couple of years of continuous disappointments and frustrations with our previous landlord we finally have our issues addressed. Paradigm staffs bring hope to my family and finally we are feeling that someone really listens to us. On every occasion the Paradigm staff was treated us in a professional manner and always supported us. The quality of their services is miles away compare to what we had before. Thank you for your outstanding service and attention 👏

Had visits from 2 maintenance teams today, both for my bathroom.
Both fantastic, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable.
They did a great job and went above and beyond, even taking time to speak to neighbours. I couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship delivered today. After the nightmares of the previous housing association this is a massive relief to know when a job needs doing it's done properly and promptly.

Kevin and Michael relaid some patio slabs replacing some very old and dangerous paving for me. They have done an amazing job. It is a pleasure to step outside my door again. I want to say thank you very much

I was given an appointment for the plumbing job within 2 weeks. Martin arrived first thing in the morning & assessed what needed doing regarding the leak. He made a quick trip to his van as it was the tap that had lost its seal & was dripping down into the cupboard. He also dismantled the U bend & removed two metal chopsticks that had been blocking the waste pipe.
He completed the work quickly & gave me a full discription of his findings & I now have a shiny new tap. He tidied up & removed all rubbish. He is very polite & curtious & knows what hes talking about. Im grateful that Paradigm have experienced technictions like him with a great can do positive attitude.

Paul (Doors) arrived on time, to fix my broken balcony door. He was very cheerful and friendly and made the door open, close and lock in no time. He also fixed a kitchen cupboard hinge i mentioned too, again very quickly. He gave some sound advice to a tiling project i was thinking of doing, very helpful, very friendly. Excellent. Nice to experience real professional for once!

We had our bathroom renovated by a gentlemen called Leon. He was polite, courteous and explained the whole process. The bathroom was completed to a high standard, he even fitted the heated towel rail we had for years ready. Overall a lovely experience. He explained everything he was doing within the bathroom. Leon was very tidy and cleaned up along the way.

Paradigm Housing turned my life around today the service i got from these guys the last five days has been a complete god send.Never been more great full thank you for sending in the professionals >>quality<< work.

We had a boiler fault, I contacted Paradigm to see if the job could be prioritised due to our ages. The job was brought forward to same day, a technician attended and after his excellent work, our heating is up and running again. Very happy and pleased with service.

Her warmth and genuine welcome to Paradigm were very much appreciated and left a positive impression on me.

This dedication is clearly reflected in their efforts to expand activities, implement best practices, and enhance social benefits within the local community.

I also want to commend Paradigm for their proactive communication. Receiving messages and follow-up calls regarding matters that affect us—something I have experienced twice since January—is reassuring and demonstrates their commitment to keeping tenants informed.
