Fast shipment, and 100% authentic fragrance. Will absolutely be ordering from them again. I found my very hard to come by Bal A Versailles at a great price. They also added a few goodies to my order.

Parfum1is the best. I only order from them these days. They stand by their products , their customer service is top tier professional. I can't understand the negative comments as I've ordered multiple times and very satisfied. And yes I really am a customer, I oder Demeter from them . I purchased a very expensive $120 bottle of Serge Lutens La Religieuse perfume on March 7th. It is now March 15th and tracking hasn't changed since it shows it was accepted at the p.o. in NY on March 9th. I ordered two other perfumes separately on the same day and received them on the 13th, when the La Religieuse should have arrived. I have called the parfum1 contact number listed on their website twice and no one answers the phone! You are forced to leave a message. I have had no reply so far. Not sure how you can run a company properly without a proper customer service line. I have also sent an email, again with no reply. This is terrible customer service! Clearly my package is either lost or somehow hung up at the NY post office. The proper thing to do would be to either call the usps 800 number (800-275-8777) and have them put a trace on the package, reship my perfume, or refund my payment, none of which I can get done if there is no customer service response. My only solution will be to contact my credit card company if I haven't heard from anyone in the next few days. So disappointed.....

I made a purchase for a friend for her birthday. The website was easy to navigate and they had a great selection to choose from that not only did I order what she wanted I ordered a second bottle of something new for her to try. My order arrived just in time despite my tardiness in placing the order. I just recommended this website to another friend and will continue to do so. Great! Thank you!

On Oct 31, 2012 I purchased the No. 4 Hydrating Shampoo from this vendor through Amazon.com and when I got the product it looked like it was authentic but when I opened it up and used the product I realized it wasn't the same. Then I compared it to a bottle from my high end salon and I could definitely tell it wasn't the same. Not only was the color of the shampoo different (yellowish vs. a pearly color) but the smell was different and it certainly had a different effect on my hair (stripped it down). Very disappointed. Parfum1 was easy to navigate, easy to order and kept it's word as to when it would be mailed and when I would receive it. The phone call was very good because never have I had anyone call me to ask whether or not we had any trouble for a package going to a PO Box. They wanted to make sure their product would come the best way for me and would get here without damage. I ordered the perfum a little late for my sister's 70th birthday and it came in plenty of time to surprise on that day. She had lost her husband last year and he always bought her this perfum. She was so surprised and it brought back dear memories for her. It was just a great day!

Ive ordered from parfum1 many times in the last three years. Only once was there a small problem (perfum that should have been pink was darker) and they allowed a no-hassle return/refund. The selection is great and continues to grow, and I often take advantage of their sales to buy a back-up bottle of a favorite.

The perfume seems fake and does not last long at all!

I recently placed an order with parfum1.com, I live in Canada, but have ordered perfume online many times from the USA. When the package arrived, I discovered there was a "processing fee" of $28.00 charged to me by UPS, over and above my shipping cost. Needless to say, this was disappointing, and my savings were greatly reduced. This was not duty or taxes, but as far as I could tell just for UPS to make some extra money.

Please, parfum1.com, when shipping to Canada do NOT use UPS or FEDEX - simply ship through the post office (air mail not necessary, ground is fine) as other online perfume companies do.

I love their selection, service and delivery time was good, but I will think twice before ordering here again unless better shipping arrangements can be made to Canada.
