Great service straight forward process Dropped the car off and we arrived back in the early hours of the morning the gentleman who gave us our key back was very pleasant to say It was 2am in the morning. A very organised service I’ve use them before and I will use them again. Thank you

Myself and my 83 year old husband among others, were left waiting for over 1 hour for the bus from the airport to our car. When ringing the number given, numerous times, it rang, gave a long speach about booking and the Web page, then it rang once and went dead. This happened to lots of other people left waiting. Eventually a few people took a taxi to your depot, and pointed out that there were people waiting, eventually the bus arrived. Your driver stood and watch me(being disabled) struggling with our luggage when others helped me out. When we got to the depot there were a few people in the back room, chatting and laughing.
I can truly say that this was the most appalling service, and will Not be using your "service" again. Judi o'sullivan

Don’t have to wait till bus is full to return. Due to being so close to airport the bus is soon back and forth in no time.

Easy access, fast transfer to Leeds airport and friendly staff. Car picked up in perfect condition. Safe to say i will use Park2travel services in future!

Really efficient on the way out but in our return we were left stranded for over an hour in the early hours of the morning. Tried ringing the number many times and it just did not connect. Some people waiting got a taxi in the end and this alerted them to the problem so when a bus did finally turn up they informed us that they had been tracking our flight and nothing had come through yet family members had tracked the flight and knew exactly when we had landed. Very poor service. I would recommend sentinel, whilst stood there waiting 5 of their buses came and went. I will never use this company again and would not recommend

Really pleasant, efficient staff - great location near to the airport. How nice not to have to wait for a bus, like you do at so many airports!

Quality service quick and easy helpful staff

The bus to the airport looked ready to leave before we had completed the car drop off but waited for us. On the return we only had to wait a matter of minutes for pick up. The process of leaving the car and collecting it went smoothly and efficiently. All in all a good experience.

The staff where very friendly and even brought my car to reception for me, as I was with crutches .

Efficient and on time

I had a great experience and was very happy with the service. Booking the parking was quick and easy, and I found a discount code online, which made the price even better – I paid £108 for two weeks.
I was able to leave my car close to reception, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The shuttle bus driver kindly helped me with my suitcase and pushchair, which I really appreciated as I was travelling alone with a young child.
When I returned from my trip, my car was already waiting for me and ready to go, so I didn’t have to wait around at all. The car park is also only about three minutes from the airport, which makes everything very convenient.
Overall, a really positive and stress-free experience. I will definitely use their services again next time and would highly recommend them!

Very good company to book with never had one problem staff are very helpful can not fault the company at all

Pick up was not well sign posted on return. Every family waiting with us was unsure if we were in the correct place. Waited 10 mins for bus, then phoned to be told it was just leaving. Then when it arrived, we then waited another 10 mins, just sitting there.

Always use park 2 travel and always been so straight forward and never a problem
