Optei por esta empresa para deixar a minha viatura durante vários dias enquanto estava em viagem, no dia de regresso e ao fazer a recolha da mesma verifiquei que a mesma apresentava riscos na zona do porta-malas. Dei conhecimento ao funcionário que disse que teria que fazer reclamação por email. Até ao dia de hoje, após envio de vários emails a solicitar a verificação da responsabilidade do dano, queixa no livro de reclamações e na ASAE, não obtive nenhuma resposta. Pouca ou nenhuma seriedade, responsabilidade e respeito pelo cliente.

Ao entregar o carro, foi feito um vídeo sobre o estado do nosso carro. Na coleta, havia lascas de série e um arranhão na pintura. Isso foi percebido imediatamente e levado ao conhecimento do funcionário do Terminal de Estacionamento 1. Eles tiraram fotos dos danos e eu fui direto ao escritório pelo telefone e disse que não aceitariam a reclamação pessoalmente e tive que reclamar por e-mail. Fiz isso no dia 27 de março e a resposta deles no mesmo dia foi 'Foram danos menores e devido ao veículo estar sujo/molhado ou devido a reflexos de luz, passou despercebido durante o check-in'. Respondi e expliquei que era um carro novo, limpo e seco, sem nenhum dano. Pedi-lhes que comparassem as fotografias às quais não responderam após vários pedidos. Eu recomendo fortemente que você use um estacionamento diferente!

Experiencia horrivel. Corro visivelmente utilizado, modo de direção alterado, AC ligado, totalmente sujo por dentro, pó por toda parte (o veiculo se encontrava limpo quando deixado), marcas de pé pelo estofado, pertences revirados e itens milagrosamente desapareceram de dentro do veiculo! Enviei fotos e fiz a reclamação por email como eles mesmos sugeriram, tanto os funcionários que la estavam como por contato via telemóvel feito no exato momento de retoma do veiculo. Até hoje nao tive sequer uma posição sobre o ocorrido. Péssimo atendimento. NÃO INDICO A NINGUEM! ESCOLHAM OUTRO PARKING. PESSIMO CUIDADO COM OS CLIENTES E ZERO FEEDBACK E FALTA DE RESPEITO.

I reserved parking at this company from August 6th to August 10th until 11:45pm

On August 6th everything went well, I dropped the car in their parking lot and they took me and my family to Lisbon airport in their mini-bus. And I was told where the pick up point is at the airport for when we returned from holidays.

On the night of August 10th around 11:45pm, me and my family went to the pick up point and their mini bus was waiting for us. To confirm, I also showed the driver the ticket that his colleague had given me on August 6th.

But when we arrived at their parking lot the driver didn't know where my car was.
He had to call his supervisor to find the car, as it was not in their parking lot.

When the supervisor arrived he was aggressive that I should have called when we landed...even after I told him the mini-bus driver was at the pick-up point and I even showed the car ticket to the driver who confirmed that it was the right place.

The supervisor had to go find my car who knows where! leaving me, my girlfriend and my children, 10 and 12 years old (the youngest autistic) in the open air of their parking lot. When he gave me the car it was already after 1 am.

And to this day I still don't know where they took my car and why it wasn't parked in their parking lot.

Avoid at any cost. It’s the worst Valet service. Car is going to smell smoke and the time to deliver the car is going to be very long specially if you land mid afternoon. For me took 60 min from the call and they ask for cash.

They are fast but when the car comes with scratches on the door and rear mudguard things don't pay off anymore.
I left the car for 1 week with them and paid for the parking and complete cleaning, on return I noticed the scratches and informed the valet of the fact, which he said to take pictures and report to helpdesk. (It is even possible to see the valet in the photos taken.)
After more than 1 week waiting for the reply, the helpdesk informed me that they don't take responsibility but would give me a voucher for 2 days with them. Also, that the scratches are not clear in the photos because of the dirt, which is ridiculous since they did the cleaning.
Anyway, if there are any issues, expect no responsibility from them, so good luck.
