I have always found Parmenion a good company to deal with with decent service levels

Amazing customer service. The team at Parmenion really are wonderful. They respond to queries so quickly, get things actioned super fast and are really helpful. They make everything so easy for me and my clients and I recommend them to everybody.

Great website, functional and easy to use. Superb service levels, calls and emails answered quicker than many better known providers. Large range of investment options to suit a variety of needs.

I’ve been with Parmenion for a few years now and have always been happy with them. Recently downloaded the app and I like being able to quickly see how my account’s performing.

Since moving my account to Parmenion, I have been very pleased with the service they provide.
Whenever I have a query, or need information, my phone call is answered promptly, by someone who has the answers immediately (or knows where to find them). I am kept well-informed about my shares etc.

Always 5 stars from me, Parmenion have the best IFA support in the industry. For an IFA with 37 years experience, I can with confidence say that their service levels are head and shoulders above the rest of the industry. Immediate responses, have placed many millions with them over the last few years and not one mistake.

Easy platform for any adviser to use and navigate. Parmenion are readily available to speak with either on the telephone or online (no waiting time). Transfers are completed without fuss and in good timing. In houses investment solutions are great but also offer external DFMs. Having a platform like this ensures more of my time is spent with my clients.

Parmenion offers a modern, flexible platform with a great range of investment portfolios, amazing customer services and a handy portal at a reasonable price. Their technical knowledge is strong and their customer service is excellent. Their reporting can be a little slow after the reporting period but otherwise I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend them.

Appalling service. I asked for my investment to be closed, they wrote back stating it would take 10 days. It will in fact take more than a month, provided they will be faithful to their word. So far, they have not. Nor I know how much I will get back. AVOID!!!

Parmenion have always offered great client experiences for our smaller investment clients.
Great value for money.

I made a request to withdraw funds early Jan and after waiting the full 10 working days (frustrating in itself!) I had not received the funds nor heard anything from a Parmenion representative. I called their Customer Service who were friendly but explained that my withdrawal request had been cancelled because my monthly direct debit had been paid in within the 10 days??? They told me my financial advisor had been contacted but he'd not contacted me to pass this info on. I asked if there was a way of fast tracking this payment due to the error being theirs, the answer was no, I'd have to re-request the withdrawal and wait another 10 working days for them to release the funds. Subsequently I requested a full withdrawal and closed the account.
I eventually received my money 35 calendar days from my initial request.
Another negative about the company is that your financial advisor is meant to be contactable for advice about your investment. The 5 years I had my account with them I probably tried 4 times to make contact, left voicemails and never heard anything back.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

Take over 2 months to pay out tax free sum , passing the blame to the Financial Adviser. Dragging out the admin as long as possible. Charges don't warrant the service. Poor communication and don't want to give you your money ! Will soon be changing pension provider. Shockingly poor service. Avoid unless you want to fight foe your own money.!

Parmenion are easy to deal with and are very effecient in the way business is dealt with.

Our father passed away in September 2024 and we are still waiting for his pension to be payed out to us. I'd imagine the investments would have been cashed in as soon as his death certificate was produced so where is the money and who is earning interest from it 4 months later?
All other organisations have resolved any payouts, most within two months. Why is Parmenion taking twice the amount of time? Lack of communication through financial advisor. Very disappointed so far as my father expected Parmenion to be able to offer a good service after his passing.

Excellent customer service

Whenever i have an interaction with Parmenion , they are always helpful , the fact that they answer the phone really quickly is a massive help to my business . No long waiting , ok not all issues can be resolved immediately but whenever they can they follow up and let me know the outcome .
