Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Helped loads to get the parts into the cart to order.
DPD delivery though - 2 days had emails saying that they had missed us. Shame the delivery company sheds such a bad light on this service. We were at home both days, not even attempted to know on the door (and there is 7 living at the address!)
Would order again from this supplier, but won’t hold my breath to actually receive them.

Bush oven fan motor
We had trouble finding a part that was compatible for our 5 year old oven, found it on partsplace.com, with detailed listings making the experience easy. The price was reasonable, it came 2 working days after we ordered it, delivery was efficient and trackable. The part was fitted the same day and works perfectly! Would 100% recommend this company. We will use them again should we need parts for any of our appliances.

Premature request to review service
Not sure why I have been asked for my opinion on Parts Place, when I am still waiting for my order. So I can only assume they think they have delivered when they have not. Since they have now prompted me on this situation I will now phone them on Monday and complain.
