I would just like to take a minute to give a BIG shout out and thanks to Party Monster for providing entertainment for the children at our recent Halloween party.
Jess was Absolutely fantastic, and kept the children total engaged throughout her session. And DJ James, not only entertained us on the deck's, but also led us in a sing song on the venues piano.
I will defiantly be using Party Monster again. Top class.

Far too loud!
I took my grandson to a Party Monsters halloween magic show party. The music was so loud which made the entertainer have to shout over it. I worried about the effect on little ears and wished I'd brought ear defenders with me. Just turn it down a notch or two, kids can have fun without being deafened!

We’ve checked our guest list for the Halloween sessions and can’t find a matching name, so we’re not fully sure which event this relates to and it’s possible there may be some confusion with another entertainer. If you can confirm the time slot you attended, we’re happy to look into it properly.
In terms of sound, everyone’s preference is different, and as these were standard Halloween party sessions (not SEN sessions), you can expect lively music and higher energy levels throughout and it’s part of the party atmosphere many families come for. That said, we always monitor sound levels during events to keep things suitable for children in the space.
We also haven’t had any negative feedback raised with management at any of our Halloween events this year, so your comment is the first we’ve seen. If this was brought up on the day, please let us know who you spoke to so we can review it.
If you can share a few more details, we’re happy to look into it further.

6th birthday party
We had party monsters for my son and his Friends joint 6th birthday party and they was brilliant. Kids absolutely loved it and had the best time. Definitely would recommend them for your party.
