Right from the outset PartyKrakow came up with the goods. Stag weekend for 8 lads with the intention of having a good crack whilst also getting out there and seeing Poland. Picked up from the airport was prompt and made all the more entertaining by the stripper and drinks on the coach - great work Phil.

The accommodation was central and comfortable, whilst we didn't need much (bed / bathroom etc) - the standard was far higher than I was expecting and pleasing that corners had not been taken in the accommodation.

All the activities were spot on, definitely recommend doing the ariel assault course however it was abit of a drive to the area.

PartyKrakow made the weekend so easy and would definitely recommend them in future....personal / timely and efficient - all you need to add in is beer.

When we arrived we were met within 2 minutes by your guide who was polite helpful and ready to go. A bus arrived which was very clean tidy and in good condition. Maggie/Gosia then stopped for beers as promised.
When we arrived the security for the apartments was quite high which is difficult when drunk but ideal when thought about. It just led to people sleeping in wrong rooms haha. The apartments were great value for money and very well kept.
They had everything needed and very spacious which is ideal for 20 superheroes getting ready for a days work.

Krakow itself was a lovely place and embraced all 20 of us for what we were just lads drinking and having a good time. We had no trouble, no reaction from police and everywhere was clean and tidy.
We even took over the town square as superheroes posing fr pictures with locals and Spider-Man shook many a child's hand.
All in all you have me as the stag a great send off and all the lads couldn't speak highly enough of the weekend that was planned.
That was all thanks to Dawid and maggie and desire to create a great weekend.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon Party Krakow when organising my mates Stag. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have been on one of the finest weekends away I’ve ever had or, in fact, returned to Krakow just 6 weeks later with my girlfriend (with Party Krakow’s assistance!). Krakow’s that good I went twice.
As with most Stag organisers I immediately went straight to the British based tour companies with their flashy websites, easy payment options and – as I found out – cringingly flirtatious and patronising staff. I found these sites useful for ideas but their prices are heavily inflated compared to what you can get if you book it direct. This is what I was planning to do before I found Party Krakow. They, by virtue of their contacts in Krakow, could pull together a package for even better value than going direct individually. To add to that I met Phil, their sales director, who couldn’t do enough to help us and advise us on various things for our weekend (such as tips on where to eat/drink, exchanging currency etc).
Having exchanged a few e-mails and telephone calls – to the point where my other half was getting slightly concerned about the bromance I was striking up with “my main man in Poland” as I kept referring to him – Phil had managed to sort our weekend out for us at a snip of the price they were trying to charge on said British based websites. The reason these companies get so much business is, I can only assume, is the fact that they have a British based secure payment website where individual stag goers can pay in instalments. Which brings me to the only slight negative with Party Krakow. When paying there’s an element of trust as you’re simply transferring money into their bank account. Firstly an immediate non refundable £99 followed by half of the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to departure. The final amount is paid in cash on arrival. All fine with me as I’d collected all the money from the Stag goers well in advance, had the opportunity to build up a rapport with Phil and do a bit of research into the company. However, more sceptical organisers may be uncomfortable doing this. The sooner Party Krakow invest in a secure payment website similar to their British competitors the better for them (in my opinion) as everything else they do is absolutely spot on.
Anyway, to the weekend. We were staying in the ‘Royale Apartment’s which I was, initially, a little dubious about staying at as I was concerned about disturbing other people in the block and being too far from the main square. It wasn’t a problem – the large apartments are robust enough to cater for a bit of excess noise, they’re within easy walking distance of the main square (approx. 10-15 minute walk away) and on the door step of the Kazimeriz area which is where you really want to be anyway. It’s absolutely buzzing on a weekend. There’s a number of mini supermarkets to stock up on booze nearby as well. Another bonus was that there are no keys – it’s all done on key codes. Secure, warm, comfortable, plenty of hot water, well located and good value.
For our activities on arrival we immediately got picked up from the airport to shoot some filthy large guns where we were met by our first guide Sabine. She spoke excellent English and was really chilled and friendly. We peppered her with questions about where we should go out and what we should do. She was only too pleased to help us out. The gun shooting is over pretty quickly (about an hour for 13 of us) but it’s absolutely quality and if you want to fire more (we went for the basic package) you can pay as you go after the initial shoot out. On the second day we got picked up by the Party Bus in the afternoon. This is unbelievable – it’s got an awesome sound system and is really stylishly decked out. I’ve never been in a coach quite like it. I was keen to book this as we could arrange a stripper for the Stag in a controlled environment. This turned out to be perfect as it’s essentially your own pub on wheels with a stripper. Our guide Gosia joined us for this trip and after our 2 hour trip on the bus she came out for a beer with us. She was great company and, again, couldn’t do enough to help. We didn’t pay for “all you can drink” on the bus which we were glad about as (after a boozy lunch) we only got through 38 beers between the 13 of us. All you can drink is advertised at £12pp which – at 6 zloty a beer (just over a quid) – equates to about 10 beers in 2 hours just to break even. When the first beer comes free as part of the package we only effectively spent £30 on beer between the 13 of us. Unless you’re going to be drinking spirits/champagne or can drink at the speed of a beer every 11 minutes then I’d recommend paying as you go. Also, there’s no toilet on the bus (they do stops on requests though).
As for Krakow itself it’s a beautiful City. It’s fun, relaxed, classy, tolerant and not in the slightest bit sleazy. If you’ve been put off from going by various hyperbolic reviews in the past then don’t be, do your research for modern day Krakow and give it a go. It’s also still incredibly cheap – most beers will cost you less than £1.50 for a large beer and you can get a massive feed for about £6. As a Stag venue you couldn’t really ask for more and if you put your faith in Party Krakow you won’t be disappointed.

On behalf of both myself and the Stag-collective, our weekend in Krakow, delivered by Party Krakow, was truly unforgettable!!

The service delivered by Party Krakow both before and during the Stag weekend was nothing short of exemplary. All of the activities we signed up for were delivered with ease and allowed us to enjoy a truly stress-free weekend!! In particular, I must say our guide, Gosia, was really very delightful and friendly. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend Party Krakow any more highly to those considering it.

Oh, and FYI... we all highly recommend the airsoft as an activity if its something you haven't done - unbelievably fun, incredible experience and a real highlight for everybody!!!

Extremely helpful before we got to krakow very detailed in all questions answered. Rep over there was very friendly and didn't stop to help us whatever we needed. Would recommend and made the stag do weekend great. Good rates and and not hesitate to use again..thanks
