My second time using this service and I never have complaints. Phil and team go above and beyond to secure your documents!

I canceled my order the same day. 4 months later I am still waiting for a refund.

Submitted an order. Sent all documents and completed the online information. 8 days later and nothing. No updates on the website. Every number i call i get a response "the mailbox is full"

Do not recommend at all.

As advertised! Passports and Visas delivered everything mentioned within their mission statement. The entire process of completing and receiving my passport within the timeline of 3-4 business days was incredibly simple and easy. I would highly recommend using their services.

Terrible!! I had to change my flight for multiple days later because my passport did not arrive.
I had NO news from the company despite them promising to get back to me. They did not answer the phone for almost a week and I called over 10 times and spent several hours talking in a circle with their automated ai system that gave me NO information and No Answers and No live person.

WONDERFUL, very helpful they helped explain every step through the process. Shipped exactly when they said. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IT WAS GREAT 👍

Very little to no communication, alot of the steps were outdated, like book price. I only ever recieved a single call back to any of my calls or emails. Doing the pre document check was a complete waste of time cause what I did have wrong prior to my appointment was never corrected. I was stressed the entire process due to needing to have blind faith that someone is actually going to reciveve my info. I would not do it again, especially for a first timer.

Very straightforward process. Misty, the team member I worked with, was outstanding. Super helpful. Responsive, promptly addressed my questions as they came up, and kept me informed. She/they got my passport renewed and back in < 1 week. It was expensive, but I needed the speed. I am grateful.

I cancelled my purchase and have been waiting months for my refund. Early I would actually talk to a person and now they have an automated customer service application that is horrible and does not help. It will also not connect you to a real person. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Paid for expediting service and sent in my passport.
It has been 7 weeks and they have not returned my phone calls or emails.
Check them out on BBB this is a total scam and so are the reviews here!

The staff in your call center was excellent!!

My son’s passport was delivered to the wrong address because the fedex shipping label had the wrong address. This was a huge error on the company’s part and could have derailed his trip. I only knew it was delivered by checking the tracking number. I then had to walk around my neighborhood and thankfully a good neighbor had it and gave me it.

My only concern was that the process seemed too easy. It was fast and very efficient. I'm very pleased!

It was a simple process and convenient. I would recommend Passports and Visas.com to anyone.

I ordered the 10-day passport renewal and 30 days later I still haven't got it. They gave excuse that the government shutdown is affecting it but actually the department of State confirmed that they never sent anything to them in the first place when they claimed they had sent it September 3rd and its now October 3rd and government shutdown happen on October 1st. When you look at the Facebook profile reviews you realize that more than likely it's just a complete scam all around.

Above and beyond expectations!!
Received passport quicker than expected and both phone and in person assistance was immediate and very helpful. The only thing that could’ve been improved for my experience was when the filled out Application for a USA Passport was emailed to me for me to print and sign, there was incorrect information that I needed to white out and correct such as my DOB and marriage status.

it was easy and support was there during the whole process. The process was quick and received our passport in no time
