SCAM! Do not trust this website and do not trust the positive reviews. This company is a scam and please check the Better Business Bureau website. They promised a 3-4 day timeline to get my visa processed. More than a week later I found out they didn't even submit my paperwork to the country in order to obtain a visa. Customer service is terrible, always dropping calls and saying they need to wait for the Denver office to get back to them. I never write negative reviews for a company, but the owner/founder Philip Diack needs to be arrested. DO NOT TRUST!

Service is a scam. They may get you a passport or visa but you will greatly pay for it. They require more information and a lot more money than simply going to post office. You must cancel in 24 hours.

Everyone I spoke to was amazing. So helpful. So fast and efficient

I went to this company to get my original passport and passport card. Everything went smooth like butter. So when it came to getting it renewed I went right back to them. Everything was smooth and great. Patty was nice and helpful through the entire process. Dropped off my passport and card at the office in Denver. 8 days later I receive my New passport and old passport and old card. Unfortunately, that's where I still stand. Still missing my passport card. I have emailed Patty numerous times asking for an update. She responds saying she will ask up the chain. Last month I sent yet another email asking Patty the status. She said she asked her boss Phillip Diack for an update. Well crickets again for a month. I sent another email today and I got a prompt response from her She gave me her boss's email and phone number yep you guessed it Phillip Diack. I sent him the entire thread between Patty and I so I have yet to hear back from him. After reading other reviews it doesn't sound good when people reach out to Mr. Diack. If I do I will come back and update my review. If I don't it will go from 2 stars to 1. So everyone knows I didk get my passport book in November. So has been almost 6 months of this.

They stole my passport. They don't ever answer the phone. I've spoken to many people who have the same experience. I cannot imagine who or what is writing the positive reviews.

It took them 7 weeks to get a visa that normally takes 2 weeks. Luckily I had time to wait. But the hardest part was not being able to get status or any information without physically going to their office. They did not respond to emails and voice messages. It made for a very stressful experience.

Working with a consultant who streamlines the process took all the "pain" out of renewing my passport. And their timeline was exactly as they said it would be. Since I also have to obtain visas from time to time, I will be coming back here from now on. I was so pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were at every step.

Patty Henriquez was a tremendous support. Always available, always helpful, managing my expectations. Clear instructions and very helpful to the very end. Yes, it was worth the money to have the piece of mind that somebody was pushing to make sure my passport was issued as fast as humanly possible. Recommend!

They helped me through the whole process

I was told a tracking number should be available to me after the Department of State shipped my passport. However, I did not. Also, no information was provided about when my old passport would be returned to me. In the process, I had to keep emailing/calling my assigned agent for information.

I’ve used this service in the past. They always deliver, and quickly. With the current State Dept upheaval, I was not expecting a quick turnaround yet got my new passport in 10 days. The only reason I am not awarding a 5th star is their latest website and application process. It’s not clear or easy - everything I entered for their application I had to manually enter again for the state dept application. I tried to use their digital photo service and ended up going to Walgreens. Please improve the front end client interface and you will be at 100%.

Had to iniate every communication to your organization after the first communication! First communication and correspondence excellent. My concierge walked me thru all the directions and found a Passport location and set the appt within 48 hrs. Great!
After that-- awful! I would have to send emails and eventually call to get any updates, even though the website says we will return validation of docs and further guidance in "2 business hours" YET I Would have to call and follow up 24 hrs of budiness hrs after submitting.

Believe it or not - one correspondent "their documents specialist" received a "Failure to Deliver Email" and never followed up even though I had a live appointment the next day
that I had to drive 4 hours.

Overall my wife and I received our 'New Passport' & 'renewal passport' in about 6-7 days. So it truly expedited the service, but I had to initiate and follow up at every turn. QUITE UNNERVING!
