Sue in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with our sofas, she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Amazing delivery experience! Gareth and Scott delivered my bed today. First of all, I wasn’t in (I was 5 mins away). No problem! They carried on and unloaded and waited for me. As they entered my home, first question “would you like me to remove my shoes?”. I was so impressed by them professionalism and courteousness of them as a team. The whole purchasing experience from start to finish from Sue in the showroom, right through to delivery, has been superb! Bravo

Just had our mattress delivery by Callum & Ross, punctual and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very smiley and cheerful for first thing on an icy January morning!

Have just taken delivery of Alderley Leather Patchwork Chair from Pavilion Broadway. The product itself is very well made, and exactly what we wanted. The delivery men, Gareth and Scott were fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful and helped to move the chair into the lounge and helped with the unpacking. Highly recommend!

5 star service from David & Mark who called ahead to confirm their delivery time, arrived bang on time and removed all the packaging afterwards. Very helpful and courteous!

Slight issue with cushions on patio furniture but it was resolved swiftly and we were very happy with the customer service.

I have been a client of Pavilion Broadway and feel that they need this special review. May I start by saying that all the staff do their utmost best to give you the best service. I always say that the after sales service is the most important. A piece of furniture arrived slightly damaged which must have happened in transit. PB immediately exchanged it without any fuss. that is what I call after sales service.
Their furniture is out of this world I would not go anywhere else. Thank you David for everything and look forward to working with you again on my next Project. Best Jane Berko Designs

We had some unfortunate issues with our sofa and David, Sue and the other staff were incredibly helpful in resolving those issues. Their customer service is faultless and I cannot praise them highly enough.

Item was sent that was faulty. To the company's credit they sent a replacement that was not faulty. The problem I have is that I had to wait around at home for the replacement to be delivered, and wait around at home a second day for the faulty item to be collected. I was told that if I paid for the postage of the faulty item, so save me time, I would not be reimbursed, and that they would not use a different courier service either, who could be more specific about an arrival time. This transaction has therefore wasted a lot of my time, and the company weren't willing to be flexible to prevent that from happening.
