The patience of the customer service department is fantastic and what started out as a frustrating challenge was remedied with professionalism and courtesy. I was with paymentsence some years
I was with paymentsence some years, got surcharged on a number of occasions. They may have improved but I went to Zettle and have had no problems in 3 years. I actually feel I was shafted by paymentsence.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
I spoke to Darren Spence this morning about arranging to pick up old equipment, This was sorted with a very friendly, professional manor, He then offered to look into whether my new equipment was set up properly.
He made this very easy to follow, resulting in me knowing everything there is to know about the new machine, and is now working to its full potential.
I can't say enough about the service i received from Darren.

Discussed updating my PDQ machine, Lottie was exceptionally helpful and proactive in providing me with a very unexpected exceptional service. She was unable to offer the machine at a better rate but referred my case to another team. Came back to me after a few minutes and not only offered me a better deal on the machine, proactively offered me better rates on my transaction charges. Brilliant service!!! Thank you
