Payntr trainers and spikes fall short.
Although payment, postage and the like were good, I have to say the quality of these new trainers and spikes was poor. The size was far too small, more like a narrow size 10 (supposed to be a size 13). The upper was hard, unyielding and felt cheap, not pliable like the other Payntr cricket footwear bought last season. These new trainers and spikes, being advertised as a new design have very little regard to quality. They look the part, but seriously fall short.

AR Cricket shoes. Fell apart within 10 games
I bought a pair of their AR Cricket shoes brand new last season. They lasted 10 games and fell apart. I got a full refund as didn’t buy them directly through Payntr but I would not use them again. Shoes of this price should not be this badly made.

My order was sent to the wrong address and on contacting PAYNTR, I received said order within 2 days. As for the gear. Not used yet, it's England, it's too wet

Loving the Payntr Pimples!
Great pimple boots for cricket. The quality of the shoes is clear. Hoping to use them loads this season in the nets and on dry days for batting.

We have just checked the tracking for your order and following your order on Monday 26/02, delivery was attempted by Royal Mail on Wednesday 28/02 and unfortunately they have said that there no answer and a re-delivery request was arranged for Friday 01/03.

Bought a pair of golf shoes and gloves in their sale after reading good reviews online. Half price shoes and 3 for 2 on gloves plus free del and 10% off code made this a great deal. Items delivered quickly and shoes are very comfortable and true to size. Very happy with their products and service.

credit where credits due
I see a few negative reviews on here , but credit where credits due . I can't fault there customer. service or products.
bought a pair of golf shoes , and as they claimed they were comfortable straight away . fitted perfectly .
the shoes developed a problem not through out of anybodies control .
I contacted them via email on Sunday ,first thing Monday morning I received a response . now id just contacted to enquire after should this problem have happened nothing more . I didn't ask for refunds or replacements at this point .
however in the email they said that this issue shouldn't have occurred and they would be sending out replacements .
I just had to send them some pictures of the shoes and confirm the delivery address. that was on Monday. first thing Thursday morning a new pair arrived .
so in less than a working week they resolved the problem.
so I cannot fault them at all and have to give them 5 stars for their performance on this .
