We note your comments and respectfully disagree with the allegations made about our company.

The circumstances surrounding your application and holding deposit were considered by the Property Redress Scheme under complaint reference PRSC122416. On 15 October 2026, the Scheme confirmed that it was unable to continue investigating because there was no prospect of success and expressly advised PDF Estates Ltd that the holding deposit had been reasonably withheld. The complaint was subsequently closed.

Our dealings with applicants are documented, and decisions concerning applications and holding deposits are made by reference to the applicable requirements, the information provided and the circumstances of each case.

We take allegations of dishonesty and unlawful conduct seriously. We therefore do not accept the suggestion that PDF Estates Ltd operates by improperly taking holding deposits or deliberately abandoning applicants after payment.

We respect the right of individuals to express genuine opinions about their experiences. However, reviews should also be fair, accurate and presented in their proper context.

PDF Estates Ltd remains committed to professional property management, transparent communication and the proper handling of tenancy applications.
