Amy and Carly came to our house and befriended Lottie. They did everything in their power to make things as comfortable as possible for Lottie and us. We set the pace of what happened and when We were given as much time as we needed to let Lottie go on her way to a painfree future. I cannot praise them enough We brought Lottie home within 24 hours in the prettiest pillow there was so much choice

There could never be enough stars to rate how amazing this company is, They have made the grieving process for our beautiful Jessie that much easier from them picking her up from the vets after she had to be euthanized to having her cremated and ready to come home in under two days. We can never express how grateful we are for all of the care and compassion you have shown us. Her paw prints, fur and nose print have added that extra little bit of comfort. Truly amazing this company.

There are not enough stars for this service. Their kindness, compassion and empathy are truly wonderful. I wanted a quiet, peaceful end for my cat, at home, with me. That's exactly what I got. Would highly recommend this service.

We cannot thank Amy and her team enough for their help when our lovely Lola needed help crossing the rainbow bridge slightly earlier than planned. The kindness, understanding and gentleness we experienced will be remembered forever and made a heartbreaking day a little bit softer for us. We knew that she was in safe hands when we parted ways and she was back with us in 48 hours. The location is beautiful and it put my mind at ease knowing exactly where Lola was. To anyone making the decision for their beloved fur friend, please consider Peace Lily’s, they are fantastic and will do all they can to make the experience as positive and peaceful as it can be. Everyone at Peace Lily's were so kind & caring. From answering the phone on a Sunday to collecting our lovely Dakota from the Vets to presenting us with her ashes & a beautiful hand written Condolence Card. We needed consoling at this upsetting time but even more so as we had to have Dakota put to sleep within 3 1/2 hours of her becoming poorly in the early hours of one morning. I highly recommend this family run business rather than a big company.

Amy and Bob made what was the most heartbreaking day for me so much easier. They were kind, calm and looked after our Hank's last journey so perfectly. We were given any time we wanted to say goodbye, their ethos is just right. Thank you so much. Also the paw prints, fur and "boop" print was just so wonderful as was our card. Amy came to collect my dear old Labrador when he passed peacefully at home 2 days ago. I’m a veterinary nurse so I’m well aware that many people are mistrusting of pet crematoria after controversies in the press in the past. I cannot fault the compassion and dedication of Amy, being in the veterinary profession herself, I had no hesitation in asking for her as I knew my precious boy would be in good hands. Living in an area where previously, the nearest pet crematorium has been a good hour and a half drive away, the addition of such a wonderful and compassionate service to North Devon has been welcomed by the wider community. I was able to collect my boy just 24 hours later and the addition of paw prints and nose prints were wonderful. I have no bad things to say. I wouldn’t leave my precious pets with anyone I didn’t trust but when Conan passed, I knew Amy was the one I wanted to look after him. Dignified, respectful, compassionate and competitive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was with my sister when her much loved friend was given his last sleep by the lovely ladies of Peace Lily that helped her through it.

Peace Lily's provided exceptional care at the time of loss to our dog. Amy collected our boy from the veterinary practice, and took him to the beautiful location of the crematoria, where we could say our final goodbyes in such a calm, peaceful setting. Everything was done in a hugely dignified way, with an abundance of love and compassion, making the final chapter incredibly reassuring and respectful. There were many options available to the final steps, giving our family more than we could wish for at such an emotionally difficult time. With a seamlessly, smooth process, we cannot recommend enough the use of their services for all your furry friend needs.
