1 is giving this company too much credit DO NOT buy anything from them it is a Chinese Company takes forever to get here and is nothing like it’s portrayed to be CHEAP crap that I wouldn’t put on my worst enemy! No refunds are given I paid 59$ and they are offering me 6$ I will continue to bash this Company as they are horrible Do not Buy I can’t stress this enough

I ordered a shirt for my husband in November for a Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive until today, January 18th. The website says “Made in the USA”. It shipped from a foreign country. To top it off, the quality of the shirt was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture at all. It. Is cheaply made garbage. In fact, when I started a customer service claim they said it would be expensive to send back and that I was better off to keep it. I screen shot that by the way. Most likely, I’ll end up throwing it in the trash. The shirt is garbage and I’ve learned my lesson. Buy local.

Do not waste your time or money. Product ordered on 12/5/23-received it 01/16/24 to find that the detailed fabric is not real--stamped on and the "leather" elbow patches are actually stamped and printed on. Tried to return and no luck--they tell you this:

First: The price is high cost-performance.

So it is a better choice to keep it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered it because it said was made in the USA. I placed the order on 12/3/23 and I just received it after many many inquiries to them. It is 1/16/24. This product is nothing like what it said it was made with. It looks nothing like the product on line and it’s made with some kind of poly. The only label inside is the size L. Nothing to say where it’s made or what it’s made from. People beware DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This company and their products suck!!!!! Buyer beware. I bought a jacket and the quality is so bad I wouldn't let me dog wear it. I asked for refund, the product cost me $80 and want to give me $ 8 and now they said they will give me $16 and that's it. If you received something worth while consider yourself lucky and be careful ordering anything in the future. I would also consider this a scam. I believe I have seen thier products on Amazon so also be careful ordering from there.

SCAM!! This company practices bait and switch practices. Beautiful images depict high quality products… I received cheap poly material with spray print patches, designs, and accessories. Plastic zippers, $5.00 material- BUYER BEWARE… their fake “return process” consists of receiving the same generic FAQ page over and over with zero help or progress made. Where to send returns?? Great question as they will never provide this information. Stay away!!

Terrible quality, not as pictured, cheap, ugly, and zero customer service support. Do not order. Do not get scammed like the rest of us!!

I believe this may be a scam. Placed order over a month ago, tracking indicated that it cleared US customs over 2 weeks ago, but latest status indicates it is transiting in Honolulu, i live in Kansas. Tried customer support, they wanted a dollar and cc number, no no no.

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 1. It is January 13th and I have not received my package. They refuse to refund my payment and keep telling me it’s in our country. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

Update: I finally received the item I bought, Quality is good and it looks like the picture. It just took almost 7-8 weeks.

I ordered a shirt on Dec 10,2023 and still have not received it. when questioning the company (which is an automated system) I was told it had been delivered on January 4...NOPE!!! I have tried numerous ways to reach them and my only response continues to be "it has been delivered. I ordered from them because it said Made In USA....my package they say was shipped from Sweden but the correspondence is from China!!!! All I can figure now is I wastricked by a scam company

Ordered 1-1/2 months ago. Was not made in USA. Shipped from Greece. Order in Colorado Springs for two weeks with no movement. Contacts with company would not allow an order cancellation and they would not try to rectify the situation. Their only response was that it had shipped. Had to report them to Visa.

I did receive the product that I ordered; however, it looked NOTHING like the picture online. It looked like great quality with suede elbow patches. The cheap material was printed to look like it had a patch on the elbow. It was the worst product I have ever received from an online order. I paid approximately $40 per item and they offered to give me an $8 refund.

I would reiterate all the negative comments written and would also give this company a 0 if I could. Their customer support department is a joke and they've done nothing to track down my order. Placed order on December 5th and have not received it since. I specifically ordered because it says "Made in USA" but the tracking reflects a foreign company. The poor services gives me doubts about the quality if the products even if it does arrive. Jackie Morse

Cheap China made clothing, while stating on website "Made in USA"! Nightmare to return, I have been trying to return this cheap crap for a week!

The product is absolutely atrocious in quality. Flimsy and thin material. Looks nothing like the pictures. No tailoring or tapering. Probably made by robots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM ON A GOOD DAY!!!

I am not a fake review. My name is Paula D. I placed an order December 9th with this company and was told my order would arrive in time for Christmas between December 19th and December 21st. As of today January 9th I still have not received my order. They keep telling me to wait on it... I ordered it for Christmas Only because I said it would arrive in time for Christmas which was NOT TRUE!!
IF You decide to order from peackfoather please know the order Will not arrived on time as they claim...
I just want to warn anyone that will believe their policy like I did.
Do yourself a favor and find a different company. Peackfoather does not deliver within even a reasonable amount of time.
Like I said I still have not received my order since December 9th.

I have been waiting over a month for this shirt and nothing
It’s always in customs somewhere

I placed an order via Facebook in November 2023. Received several “updates” showing product was coming from Ireland.When product finally made it to the US updates continued well beyond Christmas. Finally product was declared “delivered”except it was nowhere to be found . All attempts to report this were thwarted by inadequate website. Same is true for telephone # 213 827. 8982 continual busy signal and no response. This is a sham company do not trust them .M Teehan
