Love these pens ... great quality and quite reasonable. Great to hand out to clients and proud to put our business name on this kind of products.

Picking the color, quantity plus the lettering on the pens was easy. Completing the pen order and payment information was very good. PenXpress e-mailed the completed order and shipping updates. We are very happy with the quality of the pens and the service. Thanks.

I picked PensXpress because the company is Veteran owned, and made here in the USA! Pens are great quality, just as described and my order arrived on time. Will definitely order again when needed.

This is the third time that I order from this company. The pens are very good quality (especially for the price), the etching of the logo looks great, the website is easy to navigate, and the order always arrives on time. It is just excellent!

Quality was great! Ordering process was easy. Price was exceptional!

The pens we ordered were Good, delivery was Okay maybe slower than we were led to belive. We ordered on a Sunday evening and recieved a email the next day saying the order was on the way, we paid for 2 day delivery, they came on Friday (4 days shipping).
As for the orders we ordered 2 different kinds of pens, both with mixed colors, we received only one color of each. Kind of disappointed in that. You can not review your order once it is ordered, only once you recieved, so you can't verify if they changed the order or not.

The last two orders came with pens that were not completely assembled. Some were slightly screwed together and some came apart as soon as I took them out of the shipping box. Love the pens, been ordering since late 2023 or early 2024 & have never had an issue. The ladies @ church love the ‘mother’s day’ pens. Now special event pens are expected.

I appreciate the speed and quality of your pens. I have never been disappointed. We give these pens at our events and from the museum, our visitors love them.

The pens were well priced. However, the green that looked like a kelly or hunter green in the order area is more of a neon green. A little off-putting for our adult church members, but the kids will probably like it. I wish we had an additional option for that color, one that is more professional looking.

PensXpress.com Inc provided beautiful pens with a very quick delivery. I was very impressed with the delivery of the pens considering they were customized. I certainly highly recommend them for customized items.

Fair pricing and excellent service. We received our order in less than a week.

This is a poor custom product, absolutely not premium in any way shape or form.
The printing is of poor quality.
Letters are smudged or missing; key words are smeared and or absent.
The phone number does not appear fully on many pens, or a number is only partially printed.

The pen itself is noisy.

I would not hand this out to a potential client.

I did call the company & left a voice mail. They were not available during business hours.

I did email the company and did not receive a reply.

I wish I could upload pictures to demonstrate the quality; I would absolutely not recommend this business for anything you are trying to use to represent your business, unless your quality is all around sub-optimal.

Rude delivery guy and he threw the package on the dirty floor.

I tried this company for the first time. I was pleased to be able to get all the information I wanted on the pens without extra cost. I like how the pens write and the cost was not as expensive as others I'd been looking at. Also, they arrived quickly. I am totally satisfied so far with my purchase. Keep up the great work. I had no need to contact customer service, so I can't speak into that, but I will be making other purchases in the future, God willing

Second order of 350 pens. They all have worked great and clients really like them.

Great price, pens are nice. Quick turnaround time. Packaged well. We like the fact this is a veteran owned business. Only issue I have had is sometimes adding certain pens to my cart to personalize. I don't know if it's the website or what. That's the only reason I took off one star. Other than that, the two times I have ordered I have been very satisfied with the pens!

The customer service was excellent and the person that I spoke to was very sweet. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because the logo design in crooked on the pen. :( These are pens that we let our customer's take to advertise our business, and so I was just hoping they would look more professional, so that I had somewhere I could re-order when needed.

very easy to pick out what I wanted and design. The ordering process was smooth and the turnaround time to get the pens was quick! The pens turned out great!!
