Great products. Get gouged on shipping though.

I tried using the promo code but it would not load it. I was unable to receive my 10% discount on my first purchase. Not a good experience for a first time customer. Update after giving it 3 stars for the afore mentioned experience I changed my review based on prompt response on the matter, timely shipping and quality products. Thank You!

Great products super helpful for my therapy. Only thing was I ordered the wrong size so I’ll have to make another order.

The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable.

I had a little trouble finding what I was looking for, which were resistance bands. There wasn't a category for them. I also had a little difficulty placing the order. Iy would have been helpful to have each entry automatically take you to the next field where an entry was required.

Horrible website. PayPal is advertised but doesn't work. No apple or Amazon check out. Lots of friction during checkout. My ordered didn't actually show that it went through, but then got an email that it did. I like your products but usually go to other websites purely because I dislike your web experience so much. I buy a lot of equipment and you'd get more of my business if your website was more up to date.
