STAY FAR AWAY!! Faudulent company!!
I ordered an item through Walmart.ca The item arrived but did not like the parfume smell which was real intense. After asking for a return reimbursment, and numerous back and forth emails, they mention that it is their policy not to reimburse, which is not mentioned anywhere when you buy on the Walmart website. Will never order from them. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered mens cologne Amber Oud Gold Edition and was sent a womans perfume! F this business!

I ordered Oscar de las Renta box. Was$178.00. It took awhile to arrive but that's ok. I don't believe that it is authentic. Would never order from them again. I have worn this perfume for years.

I have never ordered from this company but yet I received a package from them with my nick name and address on the billing and mailing. I have no idea how they got this info and they NEVER answer their phone or return phone calls or emails. I'm thinking this is a SCAM!

I ordered an item through Sears.com. The wrong item arrived, sent by Perfume Worldwide. After paying return receipt requested postage, months of emails and phone calls and contesting the charge through my credit card, I have still not received what I ordered, nor a refund for the wrong item, that I sent back, and I am out close to $100!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

It is a nightmare. I will never shop from them again!!! They won't do what they promise in their return policy. Horrible!!!!

Despite the bad reviews i ordered some products. It took some time to arrive but i received all of my orders, cheap prices and good products.

Doing business with them has been a nightmare. They sent the wrong perfume and refused to acknowledge this. This beyond my comprehension; they do not have good business ethics. I cannot understand that they propose that I keep a product I did not order, a perfume I have never scented. They are supposed to be in the perfume business but don’t understand that a perfume is very personal accessory and must be chosen with attention and passion.
All I wanted was a refund and return shipping fees. They offered a 50% discount.

Perfume Worldwide sells through Shop.com various items. I bought some Redken products and quickly realized they were not something that would work on my hair. Side note, it took weeks to arrive and it wasn't disclosed at the point of sale that shop.com was a go between and I had actually bought from Perfume Worldwide.

When the products arrived I looked over the packaging slip for return information. There wasn't any. I called the phone number numerous times that was on the slip and I emailed. Finally, after numerous attempts I got someone but they were useless. It took 5 attempts and they said I had to include a picture of the products and picture of the packing slip. For what reason I don't know because they never did address their lack of proper packaging.

Had I wanted to use the products they were not packaged properly. The processing solution is so heavy it smashed the hair dye tubes and there was no bubble wrap or peanuts to protect the tubes from getting crushed.

They take no responsibility for the poorly packaged items nor for the lack of a written policy on how to return them or if I will get a refund.

All Shop.com products are apparently 2nd party suppliers so although nice on the phone they did not help to resolve the issue. Bottom line shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I ordered some Prada perfume from Perfume World. Really fantastic price, the perfume arrived promptly and it's in good condition. I'll be using Perfume World again for sure.

Two experiences with them: first one they sent me the wrong perfume. So by the time i got the correct bottle, it was past Christmas! Second one, sent me a bottle that has gone bad and didn't take responsibility for it. had to pay shipping return. Bought from them because they had great prices... but you get what you paid for. Not a great service.

great selection, and the prices are reasonable.

My order took forever, and was actually wrong when it finally arrived. Sent the wrong lotion. Only got one part of order right. Not thrilled.

Don't buy from them.

Bought some perfumes on 11/26 I received an e mail on 11/28 saying my order was shipped via Fedex. I live 20 miles away from the company still have not received it. called Fedex and only a label was made. Called customer service and they could not give me an answer to anything asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was too busy for me. I have been buying from these company for years I usually get deliveries in 2 days due to the proximity, they can't even tell me when will i get this package. I am flying out tomorrow so I guess I will have to go to duty free and buy the perfumes That i bought from them to give as gifts. Their customer service has become horrible.

I never revived my order.
Costumer service lied to me two times.

Now I'm trying to get money back. Thanks I paid Pay Pal.

Ordered perfumes, received package and was missing 1 perfume, and they actually wouldn't do anything about it because in their system it showed perfume was shipped. Really poor customer services, no service guarantees, BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Please shop from really reputable companies.
