Perry Ellis Reviews

I liked the atmosphere. I also loved that the employees left me alone to shop in silence.

Great service great store love your product. Love you material. Young man at the store is very helpful.

Always great deal and service

The items are well presented. The description is detailed and the buying process is easy. Good buying experience.

I’ve always shopped at Perry Ellis and have consistently received exceptional service. However, during my most recent return, I felt unfairly scrutinized.

The employee at checkout inspected every detail of each garment and said the shirts appeared worn and washed. I assured her they were all new and unworn; I simply decided not to keep them, while keeping other items from the same transaction. She continued pointing out details that did not appear problematic, which made the experience uncomfortable.

When I mentioned that every item still had its tags, she replied that tags are easy to remove and reattach. I found that comment both unnecessary and accusatory. I also pointed out that the shirts still had their original long size stickers, yet she continued to question their condition.

She ultimately processed the refund, but this was the first time I have had such an experience. As a longtime customer who owns many items from this brand, I was disappointed. With so many alternatives available, I would rather spend my money where I can feel comfortable returning brand-new merchandise without being made to feel as though I had done something wrong.

The website is easy to use. The clothes are true to size and always quality for your money.

Issue with receiving a refund but it was corrected

All my orders fit as expected and was delivered on time. The online platform continues to send me the best deals and styles. The quality of the products are exceptional. Overall, I love Perry ellis.

I like how the site shows only the items in your size once you go through the sizing charts. Easy to navigate and the photos show everything you would want to know about the product. Everything is made with a designer's detail in mind.

I love Perry Ellis perfection and finition

Items I purchased stated shipped next business day , this was not the case they did not ship until a week later after receiving numerous emails with contradictory shipping info , very inadequate shipping process , 2 separate orders I made both experienced excessive shipping times .

I like to buy this brand of clothing for my husband, I even bought the shoes, they are very comfortable for him!

I feel that online they have more variety of clothes than in the store which I like although it takes a little longer than usual to get home but it's worth it!

The only thing I didn't like is that I made an order to change the size of the shoes and it took almost a month for my order to be processed but well, it's already here and your product is very good quality!

I'm very happy with the quality and delivery of the merchandise, but especially with the added discounts online.

Clean organized store layout. The staff was courteous and professional.

Customer service is non existent. The lack of cooperation between in store and online is annoying. And the return policy is strict. Like the clothes, hate the process.

Always welcomed into store. Helpful associates

Fast shipping and easy returns. Although I find that for the most part most item descriptions on sizing are very accurate so there's little need. I've ordered everything from polos to full suits and have always been impressed.
