Good service. Good quality

Great service and prompt delivery. I had queries and called and spoke to an actual person who was able to help me make the better decisions on sizes etc.

The payment gateway rarely works well. Buffers way too many tines and the payments get refused too frequently before getting thru.
Awful experience.

Also - one orders sizes but gets delivered the wrong ones. Too frustrating.

The Sizing and returning is horrible process. We had our Child fitted specifically at the school with Perry. then ordered the sizes and they were all 4 sizes too big.

Overpriced low quality items.

I ordered two different styles of boys trousers (one sports, one normal) in the same size and the sports trousers were over 2 inches longer. The normal trousers were an inch longer than the trousers I bought of the same size from Perry six months ago. I bought three boys shirts in the next half size up from that shirt that is slightly too small for my seven-year-old, and it would easily fit me. The sizing never makes sense and it’s never consistent from one order to the next.

Everything arrived on time - but a few things out of stock - still waiting for them

My experience with Perry Uniforms has been absolutely dreadful, and I feel compelled to warn other parents to avoid making the same mistake.

My daughter was enrolled in a school that sourced its uniforms through Perry Uniforms. Before the school opened, parents were repeatedly encouraged to order uniforms well in advance to give the company sufficient time to manufacture and deliver them. I followed these instructions and placed my order on time.

Unfortunately, the school subsequently went into administration, leaving many parents facing significant financial losses. As the uniforms can no longer be used, I contacted Perry Uniforms to request a return as an exceptional gesture of goodwill.

I made it clear that I understood their standard 14-day returns policy. However, given the extraordinary circumstances and the fact that the school no longer exists, I had hoped the company would show some flexibility and compassion towards affected families.

Instead, I have been met with excuses, unanswered emails, and repeated claims that they are waiting for instructions from a school that is no longer operating. This response has been incredibly disappointing and demonstrates a complete lack of customer care.

My advice to other parents is simple: order uniforms as late as possible so that you retain the option to return them if circumstances change. If a problem arises, do not expect Perry Uniforms to help. Based on my experience, their approach is impersonal, unhelpful, and entirely lacking in goodwill toward customers facing exceptional situations.
