Just fantastic.

Ordered on a Friday evening 2x fuel caps, one for a BMW X2 and the other for a Mini Cooper.

Realised same caps so asked if we could have on Saturday same keys number for both.

Called back on Sunday by Mark who said would look into and could offer blanks for key cutting if not. Messaged same day (SUNDAY) and confirmed could do

Fuel caps arrived on Wednesday am as expected on Royal Mail 48. Fitted perfectly in all ways, plus feel good quality, fit inside fuel cover recess and look good! 5 days in total!

Also useful reminder to lubricate with WD40, helped ease up movement on newly manufactured item.

I needed a locking petrol cap for my old, but loved Ford C-Max. Having been let down by three Ford dealerships spares departments, as the desired item was apparently not available as original equipment, I went to The Fuel Cap Company. That company not only provided me with exactly what I wanted, it was done thoroughly professionally, they checked photos of my cars filler neck, my original part, and ensured that I got the correct replacement fuel cap. It was provided at a very reasonable price, it was sent to me amazingly quickly. The company assisted me with my follow up enquiries, ensuring everything operated correctly to my satisfaction. All in all, the Fuel Cap Company provided excellent service and a quality product, with ongoing customer support. From my experience I would recommend them to everyone, and would use them again myself without hesitation.

I dropped my Mercedes petrol cap knocking the inside part out of line. With so many caps available for the Mercedes l gave up looking, contacted Mark at Petrolcap. I have being trying for several weeks to find a supplier who could provide me with a fuel cap for my Bedford Rascal Bambi campervan which failed it's MOT due to having a temporary fuel cap. I have bought three caps so far from other suppliers in the UK (and one in Germany that is best not mentioned) none of which were any use as it has to be a sealing fuel cap to pass an MOT not a plastic emergency one. The one from the Fuel Cap Company arrived today and it is absolutely perfect. Taken only three days from order to delivery and I am delighted with the professional service. Many thanks - MOT retest Tuesday and then off we go :)

Received fuel cap yesterday for my vauxhall meriva. Delighted with product. Fits perfectly. Ordered on the 1st Feb and delivered 4th Feb, cannot fault the service

Easy to find and purchase, tracking number supplied. It did not arrive within a few days so I enquired as the tracking said 'received at post office' being the one the cap was posted at. Replied quickly to email but disappointedly asked me to 'go to your sorting office', no I am sorry I had not taken possession of the cap yet so its your responsibility to provide customer service and find out what happened to the parcel. When I wrote back asking them to do this I received no reply.. nothing, then a chaser asking for an update.. yep silence. I don't believe this to be the correct customer service hence the poor review. I was waiting for the deadline of post office claims to follow it up again and maybe get a refund (yes up to me again having given them the choice of refunding or replacing - no reply) when low and behold it turned up a whole ten days after posting.. all this could have been avoided if the company went to the post office and they would make the enquiry instead of fobbing me off telling me to go and que up at the local post office (there is no customer service at the 'sorting office' for this) or get on the telephone que.. I have no complaint about the fuel cap it does what it says on the tin but what irks me is being told to trawl around to find it, oh and the unanswered email.
