Currently waiting on the phone line to speak to someone. Have been waiting for over forty-five mins so far. Have been told by the annedroid caller that prescription is due today and we would have received a text with a tracking number. Nothing has been recieved
. My husband's meds ran out two days ago!!. It's just an awful service,we were not even made aware by our G.P that they were putting my husband onto this service. We have a pharmacy 200 yards up the road from us where we have always collected prescriptions and had no problems with them. It's such a farce.

1 simple item out of stock for 2 weeks. Tesco & local pharmacy had plenty !
Still waiting urgently prescription for husband. The pharmacist we use had it for the next day, here after 4 days nothing !!!
Been on the phone for 20 minutes still no 7 in queue.
Yo make this worse I did not ask for this service , someone in a clinic my husband went to changed it !!
Have changed it back to my local pharmacy, they provide a 5 star service !

This company is 'the pits'
I am still waiting to receive my first prescription. I have emailed, tried to call them, text messaging and chat-nothing works.
If I 'ever' receive my prescription? I will definitely NOT use them again. VERY POOR!!!!!

If you ask Annabel to speak to a human then you are in a queue for about an hour and a half until someone finally answers. I haven’t received any tablets yet. I haven’t received any texts saying my tablets are due and when I checked through Annabel she said no prescription is ready and someone will phone me. I’ll probably go back to having my prescription back at my local chemist…. Think carefully before trusting this company

Unable to speak to a human just Annabel. I was supposed to receive a call back which never came. All you do is go round in circles with a failure to receive a satisfactory outcome.

Never did receive my prescription so reverted to local chemist.

Why is customer service so bad in this country, I dread to think what will happen in the future !

Great service everytime. We switched from our local Boots and it has saved us so much time not having to go and collect, we would have to wait for a text then wait most times for the prescription to be dispensed. Even our emergency prescriptions have been quickly delivered. Thank you very much

I ordered 4 items on one prescription, but only 1 item was delivered, so I had to call and talk to Ann Droid, although she said her name was Annabel. Two days later, 2 more of my 4 arrived, with an IOU for the 4th. 4 days later and following a text message and another phone call to Ann Droid, I am still waiting for a response as well as my medication.

Very frustrating and disappointing service
They do not deliver medicines for many days. There is no way to contact them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. I am waiting for my prescription for many days without any update.

Excellent, speedy service. All items requested were delivered which is a very different service from what we were receiving previously. Would definitely highly recommend Pharmacy Today

Disgraceful company avoid at all costs.
My GP sent my very urgent prescription to this company by mistake. I called to ask them to send it to a local pharmacy so I could collect it immediately but all I got was a robot that refused to help. I could not speak to a human. Consequently my prescription was delayed leaving me in pain unnecessarily. I cannot believe PharmacyToday staff could be so heartless and uncaring. PLEASE DO NOT USE PHARMACYTODAY.

Avoid like the plague. Customer service is non existent. Your only point of contact with the pharmacy is though an AI phone chat bot, they never return the calls

Absolutely disgraceful
The first prescription for medical supplies for disability was three days late. When the large box arrived by Royal Mail it was battered and the contents inside all over the place. The contents are of a delicate nature.
I emailed to cancel the account and got no reply.
I rang and spoke to an AI women’s voice.
I asked to cancel the account.
Got a text message saying they closed the account. They had not, it was a lie and grabbed my next prescription.
Let it be known to you all that it’s all sent by Roal Mail which as you know can be late.
Prescriptions should never be delivered by Royal Mail. I also read that the Pharmacy can’t always get your prescriptions or when you need them.
You cannot speak to a real person on the phone.
What an absolute shambles of a company.
They say they represent the NHS !!

I asked my GP surgery to help me and they changed my prescriptions back to the local pharmacy. Thank goodness for that.

Absolutely excellent service which has made my life so much easier no more ques or waiting in the chemist . It’s delivered to my door on time every month on time which is brilliant.
They are quick and very efficient which makes life so much easier . Ive been with Pharmacy Today for a while now and I can highly recommend them 100 %

Have used for a while now and always been great. I order on the nhs app and prescription arrives within the next couple of days. My Mother and my Aunt now use also and love the ease of it all!

From start to finish the setup was easy. The service from requesting prescription generally on a Sunday with my GP to receiving my medication has never been more than 4 days. I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation.

I order via my NHS app then my GP sends it to Pharmacy today who then have it delivered straight to my door.

I used to hate going to my old pharmacy to stand in busy ques and then sometimes i'd be told they didnt even have all my medication on stock so i'd have to return.

100% recommend Pharmacy today as having type 1 Diabetes i can't risk any delays with my medication and my Insulin always comes in a chill pack.

Simple process. Free service. Request my repeat prescription medications on the NHS app.
I receive a text message from Pharmacy today confirming my request has been received, then a text message confirming my prescription has been despatched and when it should arrive. I then receive a message from Royal Mail confirming when the medication will be delivered. No more journeys to the chemist when not all the medication was in stock, and my local chemist would not deliver.
