Always been very helpful and good price and service too.

I ordered nail varnish more than 2 weeks ago....order numbers 54836-236 and 54835-373 and they have been paid for but never arrived. I cannot access the website for some reason.....

Appalling service, appalling communication, appalling company. Please do not order from this company, they take your money for something that they haven't got and then you cant get it back.

I am really glad with the service I have received. Despite current supply problems in the UK the customer service person is very professional, keeps you posted and does his job excellently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered four Hyloforte eyedrops. When I received the package one of the eyedrops had a broken seal on and was left upside down in its packaging. I called the next day and was told that the manager would call me. No one called and after a few days I called again and left a message but wasn't contacted by Pharmaplex. My efforts to reach out to customer service via phone was fruitless. I contacted Pharmaplex via their website and again no response. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the service I got from pharmplexdirect. I had issues with the prescription from the vets and the lady I spoke to at pharmplex went out of her way to help me. The tablets arrived when they were supposed to and they were very competitively priced. A very happy customer, I will certainly be using them again.

So disappointed that the site allows customers to order items that are out of stock. Also no response to email querying reason for this.
I had been trying to find an item for some time, which was out of stock with suppliers, then i saw that Pharmplexdirect had it available to order - i therefore ordered the item, and then to alleviate the cost of postage another item was ordered which I really did not need to order as it is cheaper in local stores.
i will not use again

I have twice tried to buy Welldorm tablets from you recently and both times my payments have been returned without tablets and with no explanation.

I ordered some treatment for mouth ulcers and paid for it but nothing arrived and no correspondence from them

I can say that it has been a disaster, I understand that a the medice is paid before you send prescription, but not receive a response in days, and when they finally answer, they put all kinds of impediments with the Spanish prescription. But i can say that i can give them 1 star is bacause I canceled the order by mail and they answered me in 1 minute indicating that in 5 working days I would have it in my account. you spend £ 265.85 on a medice for your horse that you repeated in every mail to them saying that you need it, please help me.to make you dizzy. Thank God we found VIOVET who answer and do everything they can, in addition to accepting as they indicate the recipe of the country you are ordering from ñ, which in this case is Spain. I will not buy a product again in PHARMAPLEX. Ever, disaster, no problem solving, and they answer like you are stupid.
