Highly unethical company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was employed at Phi Partners for just under two years in the capacity of "Regional Head of Sales - France". Phi Partners works predominantly with contractors whilst trying to look like a serious consulting business. Highly unethical they actively headhunt staff from their partners and existing clients and this is reflected in their reputation. Extremely high hiring and firing culture amongst office staff (not so common with contractors). This company has a track record of unfair dismissal payouts and most of the partners listed on their websites have been fired or left. Don't be fooled by the high basic salaries offered, pay cuts and "new commission schemes" are very common within months after joining and working hours are inhumane. I know many people who were financially screwed over and myself was fired just before a huge commission payout, whilst also not being reimbursed travel expenses and my 3 months notice period was not respected. Unfortunately in the UK if you work for a company for less than 2 years you won't be able to do much about unfair dismissal unless you pay for legal action leaving you in huge bills, although everyone I know has been awarded a payout that covered their expenses on top of smaller payouts.
