I love taking photos and creating albums. Photobook has made things way easier for me. Their free design templates are so cute. Plus, their discounts are also good!

Photobook App and Website is very user-friendly. I spent less than an hour creating two Photobooks and I received them both in a week - amazing! The quality is superb. I definitely will purchase more and start a collection this August.

I am so upset. I will NEVER use this co. again! I had a voucher for a 14 x10 lg landscape bk. Once I started my project it says pick a book, I picked a book, wondering why when it already seemed I had, via my voucher stating what kind of book, but ok, I guess I get it, I don't want it to say Wedding or something, I picked a DIY, and then started working what should have been an epic, special family book. I had a few problems along the way and 1x got an impatient, snotty jerk, then a very nice man, and then the 3rd & final time, someone who at first was not nice, eventually became nice when I said if SHE preferred to have someone else "DEAL" with me in my softest of voices, that was OK by me, putting it on me, so I wouldn't be hung up on, then she softened and finally became very helpful. BUT, the WORST of it is, after almost 30 hrs of tedious work, resizing an unusual set of prints, as I go to check out I was informed that all this time I had been working on a med sized book...and yes, it happens quite often...What?? And if I were to go back to a lg I'd have to resize everything...I was so blown a way I felt like crying...Never, ever again will I use this company. The book should automatically match the voucher....if it happens often then FIX IT. Let there be an alert, this does not match your voucher, something!! Don't use them. They are not even in the top list of good ones, anyway, so don't bother!!

I wanted to take all of my daughters school mementos and make a photobook of them. My experience with Photobook was PERFECT! It was everything I expected and wanted for this cherished book for her to have for the rest of her life.

Photobook always provides a great product at an affordable price. My Photobooks are made to document each house flip project that I complete. The books are consistent and equal in quality over several years of orders.

I've made several books using photobookamerica They all require a lot of work because their software really could use a lot of updating. Not much ability to customize nor is there the ability of offload / download your finished product onto a personal computer. Thus, I make my own pages and upload as a single "blank". Recently I made a book and their software didn't "trigger" and tell me I was paying for a bunch of blank pages. When I called them, they didn't seem to care and considered it my fault. Yes & No....their software wasn't doing what it should. Also, no matter what coupon (bribe) I use, no two books ever cost the same.

I have been using Photobook America for for many years for making photobooks. Their work is very nice, and price is very competitive. I am very happy with their service.

I bought a voucher for a lay flat book. It was near the expiration date and I was leaving the country for a while and needed it completed asap. I put my code in prior to creating my book (which, one would rightfully assume it would be for the book I had the voucher for, be because that’s how it’s always worked)
When it was completed, I went to check out and was charged for a book that was not a lay flat book. I had a choice to go make the entire book again, which I had no time for, or purchase the book I made and get a credit for a future project. I felt that I had to purchase the book. NOT happy. I immediately contacted customer support via the website. I was emailed back days later that there was a known glitch in the system. Email back from them; “I am truly sorry as the system did not auto-select the correct product. Please note that this was already reported to the designated team and working on it to get it sorted. sorted.
In the meantime, for future voucher redemption, we still highly recommend customers checking the product details before checking out. In case you will encounter an error upon redemption, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing the order so we can provide a solution and fix it if there is an issue with the voucher settings.” THIS does NOT help after the fact!

Unfortunately, it appears that I will lose any credits that I may have with this company and will move on to a more honest company for my future needs.

I’ve spent hundreds of hours working simultaneously on different projects and I came to find that one of them was deleted without any warning. It is 200 pages full of memories of my daughters birth year that was nearly ready to print. I tried talking to customer service and keep getting different people mixed with a robot who have been no help.

I ordered 3 books as Christmas gifts. It’s almost Easter and there is still no sign of them. Really awkward, and there is no information from the company on expected delivery, no answer when asking to cancel the buy. Worst buy ever.

Excellent customer service, easy photobook development and good quality products. I especially like the Buy-Ahead sales for photobook discounts and I am also appreciative of being able to extend my vouchers on the Photobook America website if I can't get the product finished.o

I have been using Photobook America to do my photo books for several years. I have been very happy with the price and output. The quality is excellent and the time frame for receiving your book is exceptional. The book templates are easy to work with and change for the look you want. I will continue using them for all my book needs. Highly recommend. Also, if you do have a problem, which I have on occasion, they are very immediate to solve the problem. Again, I am very pleased with the quality, ease of use and integrity of this company.
