Ordered photo paper and I was really not happy with the quality. I emailed to the company as wanted to exchange it for better quality one or receive a refund. After few conversations Aaron stopped to replying to my messages (27th Feb) and when I messaged today he blamed me for ‘sending new emails without reference number’ when clearly I was replying to our previous emails which before wasn’t a problem. Then he said how can he know who I am and what is it about if I have big time gaps in the conversation... the big gap was 1 MINUTE! Yes I replied straight away and then he ignored me for over a week. But sure why not to send crappy quality product, ignore the client and then blame them! Good luck with your service Aaron

My order for A3 inkjet paper came in a flash and with proper professional packing, even plastic corner protectors. The test print is as good as any more expensive papers so l am very happy.

When using Paper Direct - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will NOT offer quality customer service by reviewing the order for typo's. The order goes directly to print. A very simple word contained a typo and they refused to reprint. (proof was sent-yes)

I order a high volume of printed materials and have had reputable printers call me with anything questionable. AND THEY FIX IT!!!!!!

VERY disappointed PAPER DIRECT!!!

Only ever had one issue with PPD and there t-shirt transfer paper is one of the best but when you do have a problem don't expect a quick resolution and be prepared to be told its your fault !

I've bought from PPD many times, both through Amazon and their own website, and they've never let me down! They always deliver top quality paper (I've tried and tested various different types and it's by far the best I've come across for the price) and shipping is usually very speedy. I can't comment on their customer service as I've never needed to contact them, which can only be a good thing!

their dark inkjet transfer paper is not as good. i thought i found the best paper, but no. clients are returning with t-shirt i printed, because the color have peel off after few washed. few first washed is ok, that means the paper is NOT for long term uses very disappointing and lost of money.

Had to put in a claim with paypal never got my products and they don't care a thing about it! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I bought some card stock and when printing the front edge always comes out with in smear. Talked with them online and said they would have techs contact me. I have NOT heard anything yet and its almost a week. Also I have sent e-mail and they do not answer. I would not refer anybody to buy from them.

Just discovered this company and ordered the gloss card stock. Wow, just what I and every crafter would want. Just a reasonable cost too and very speedy delivery.

I have now ordered some more and can make all my cards for the following year.

Awful customer service. Have bought paper several times with no problems. However bought their 20+20 pack of greeting card paper that was advertised in their 'buy one get one free' section and it showed as getting same thing 'free' again before I pressed purchase, and on delivery note as no cost extra item (exactly the same as 100 sheets of paper also purchased at the same time). I purchased their 20+20 pack and it showed a second such pack on the invoice free. They say I purchased a pack of 20 and got 20 free. This is a totally misleading offer when you see you are meant to be getting the same thing free

I needed both A3 and A4 photo paper. A search of the internet produced some pretty wild price ranges. Photopaperdirect.com seemed to offer a great price with a BOGOF deal - plus!! a further 20% paper on the order.

I ordered Wednesday and got the paper on Friday, so brilliant delivery service.

Just ran a photo through the printer to test the quality and it is very good for the price.

I will definitely buy from them again and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

I've been buying superb photo paper from these people at very reasonable prices, especially when compared to local stores. Been with them for over 4 years and I have never had a problem with them. I've always found them to be courteous and very helpful. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
