Labelling needs improving as the box containing the filter packets doesn’t specify which of the two choices is inside. Perhaps adding Clean- for hard water or Alkaline containing Mg and minerals. Had to write on myself or endlessly look it up

The Clean packs are printed in dark blue ink and say "Clean" on the front of the box - the Alkaline ones are printed in light blue and should also say "Alkaline". Saves lots of plastic cartridge waste, a years supply means less shopping/ordering and changing the contents monthly is no hassle at all.

Great idea to have refills as it helps with the issue of single use plastic waste. We're not buying bottled water anymore, thanks to Phox filters tap water is just fine.

Stoutly packaged and easily goes through the letterbox so no having to be in on the day it is delivered; and a three month pack is enough for +/- 135 days of filtered water, though on my next purchase I may buy multiple packs so as to have a 'stock' to safeguard against any future problems with Royal Mail. Of the product itself; I have CKD3 and there has been a steady but marked improvement in my general wellbeing with an increased appetite since switching from Brita cartridge filters to the Phox filtration system.

Delivered within 2 days, second lot. Been using filter for over a year now. Good for environment not having to dispose of plastic. It’s very hard water here and it improves the taste bc as nd quality of the water.

Last year we decided to give Phox a go because we wanted to reduce the amount of plastic waste (we used the standard Brita filters). we haven't looked back since. Phox filters are very easy to use and the water is so clean our jug has barely any limescale residue. I can't recommend it enough!
