Last year we decided to give Phox a go because we wanted to reduce the amount of plastic waste (we used the standard Brita filters). we haven't looked back since. Phox filters are very easy to use and the water is so clean our jug has barely any limescale residue. I can't recommend it enough!

Really happy with everything but we live in a hard water area and the filter needs changing more frequently. I would say only lasts half the time suggested.

The clean refill pack is a great way to filter the water giving a fresh taste. Getting the 3 month supply allows me to keep a continous supply.

Living in a heavy chalk area this save me time on my kettle/coffee machine cleaning by about 3 months, I have had this product for well over 2years - the only thing I would say is the rubber seal is a little temperamental when putting back together for a good seal.

This is my 2nd 12month refile pack and i am very happy with this product. Really happy that i am not throwing away plastic every month. The refile is easy to use and is supplied in recyclable cardboard.

Fantastic! Economical. Clean pack tastes great in our Morphy Richard's Hot Water Dispenser. Lasts as long as stated, unlike other brands we've used.
