We initially looked at various companies for our office plants but on meeting Steph we knew that this would be the right fit for us. She was so knowledgeable and really took time to spend with us to identify what we really wanted and advised us as well. On the day she personally came to check everything was as we had requested and the other members of the team Thomas Coombes and Jasper Hirst were all so unbelievably professional and respectful of the work environment. We are so happy with the job they have done and would highly recommend them (in fact we already have to our various sister companies.)

The Hanging Baskets are amazing the company installs feeds and waters them for you on delivery.

Great company we use for flowers we have been dealing with Zoe for many years now and she has always been able to answer any questions or queries we had regarding our flowers and has always got back to us and kept us informed throughout the whole process very nice lady and excellent company I would recommend highly.

This was our first time hiring Christmas trees from PHS Green Leaf, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We ordered three trees for all office floors; one arrived with faulty lights. Despite notifying the delivery team and Customer Support Executive, who assured us the issue would be resolved quickly, it took nearly 10 days during the festive season.

For collection, we were initially informed it would take place on a Wednesday, but the team arrived the next day to only collect two trees, due a discrepancy in their paperwork. Based on this experience, we would not consider using their service again

Firstly, I had very nice communication with Zoe Weeks. She was really friendly and very quick to respond to the emails.
We recently hired someone to put up Christmas decorations at our care home and while the staff who came was very kind and professional, we were left quite disappointed with the overall result. The residents had been eagerly looking forward to the decorations but unfortunately, they felt underwhelmed by what was provided.
The Christmas tree in particular didn’t meets our expectations. While we appreciate the effort we were hoping for a more magical and uplifting display for our residents to enjoy looking at.
We hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve future services. Our residents deserve the very best during the holiday season and we’re sure others would appreciate more attention to detail as well.
