Contacted Piano Disposal Uk for a quote for disposal of a piano. Sent all the details asked for, including photos of location and ground floor access. Was promised a quotation : "This is just a quick note to confirm we’ve safely received your details. A real human will be tasked with working out your quotation shortly."

Nothing. No further response. Contracted them two weeks later. Still nothing. Six weeks later, I've still not had the promised quotation.

Found another company who quoted same day, turned up on time next day and took it away.

Disappointed. Cannot recommend Piano Disposal UK.

Excellent service from Gilberts who were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. They even made sure the piano was dusted down and stable upon arrival as our floor is slightly uneven. Would most definitely use again.

Having tried and failed to get a number of piano removal companies to move my piano upstairs I was losing hope that it was even possible until I contacted Gilbert's. They arranged an appointment within the week, arrived punctually and had the job done perfectly within half an hour. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
