Good wines,good offers, good people

The wine that pieroth promotes are of exceptional quality the depth of flavour and aromas with a certain type of smoothness you can only find from high quality wines , pieroth wines are the first press of the grapes with only organic mixtures with no added chemicals or preservatives which leaves the taste fresh with no lasting tang in the back of your throat and NO hang over, and to finish, pieroth will send you promotions and deals that are very reasonable for this first class wine and when you place an order you will be counting the days down for your delivery and believe me it doesn't take long and always delivered in perfect condition

Bit difficult to answer as £ has been short. Particularly since the election and the nicking of the heating allowance which helped with liquid Xmas presents. Managed to afford a few bottles at a reasonable price and sampled these this Sunday to my great satisfaction.

Nick always helps me decide which wine I want as he’s learned my taste over the years …. I trust his judgment and as of yet he’s right with the choices ……. I highly recommend having a chat with him explaining your taste and letting him guide you in the right direction he knows his stuff!!!

Our wine advisor Robin likes to check in with me every now and then to tell me about offers and check we have enough supplies. He gives advice on what we may like, especially if our favourites are not around at the time. He never pushes us to make an order because when we do place one it’s large.

I have been a customer for over 50 years when I first saw Pieroth at the Food show in London. I have always found every member of staff to be knowledgeable and caring about my purchases and contacting me with special offers that I may like. Thank you for your continued support.

Jonathan is always very knowledgeable and professional. His job as a wine advisor does of course require him to be a sales person as well but he seems able to perfectly balance being a sales person and an advisor. He seems to know virtually everything there is to know about the wines he has available and those that will be available in the near future, so he can accurately advise me without making me feel uncomfortable by pushing too hard for a sale. Unlike some names which come up on my phone, I don't groan when his name comes up, nor do I ignore his call. It is always a pleasure to speak with him. I don't buy much but I don't drink much either.

Für uns ist Fabian der beste Weinberater, den wir uns vorstellen können. Er ist sehr engagiert und kann sehr genau einschätzen, welchen Wein wir mögen könnten. Auch wenn wir seit Jahren einen bestimmten Rotwein bestellen, stellt er uns immer mal wieder einen neuen Wein vor. Beim Rotwein hat der da weniger Erfolg, beim Weißwein oder Rosé schon eher. :-) Vielen Dank für eine immer hervorragende Beratung und bleib so offen und herzlich, wie du bist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

I love Pieroth Wines. They are not cheap but they have some lovel wines.
Sadly my latest experience has driven me away.
I was being given a gift of 24 free bottles for buying 120 bottle's. Unfortunately I didn't complete my order quickly enough and my advisor said if I didn't complete within 24 hours I'd lose the gift.
I don't respond well to being bullied, so I cancelled my £1800 order. What my advisor was not aware of, was my intention to increase my order to 200 bottles.
I have since purchased 200 bottles from a different supplier at 30% less and recieved free delivery.
I'm both sorry and sad, that Pieroth are using aggressive and expensive marketing strategies to sell wonderful wines.
I hope that Pieroth will read my post, consider my review and reflect on their stratergie. I am happy for them to contact me to discuss.

We have received a box with 6 bottles of wine which I have not purchased I had a phone call to say I had won a Tesco voucher. We don’t want this wine due to health reasons will they send a return label or arrange a collection. This is making me feel I’ll and my husband is getting stressed over it.

Wir sind super unzufrieden!
Wir hatten eine Weinprobe mit Herrn Moll für den 29.05, extra so, dass der darauffolgende Tag ein Feiertag ist. Da wir den Gutschein für die Weinprobe von mo-do gekauft haben.
Wir durften 10 Leute einladen, was wir auch getan haben.
Die Weinprobe war für 19:00 Uhr angesetzt.
Da um 19:35 immer noch keiner da waren, haben wir Herrn Moll angerufen.
Er war krank und für Ersatz wurde nicht gesorgt.
Also saßen wir alle mit 10 Leuten zusammen ohne dass abgesagt wurde. Wir sind alle sehr verärgert.
4 unserer Freunde bestellen eigentlich regelmäßig bei Pieroth. Das werden unsere Freunde nach der Aktion nicht mehr tun! Unterste Schublade

I received a call out of the blue from Stephanie. She said I'd entered a competition and was one of the finalists. Meanwhile would I like to try some of their wines. I told her I liked full bodied red and dry white and rose wine. You would think she would take that on board! Of the 6 wines I received, both roses were sweet, one red was sweet (bizarre), the white was dry one red had body and the sparkling red was tending towards medium dry. Someone from customer service was supposed to call me back. Nothing. I then get a letter reminding me to pay to avoid further action. I spoke with Amanda in customer service. She wasn't too helpful, suggesting I should have sent the wines back. Frankly if you tell a sales person what kind of wines you like you would think that they would take that into account.
I order from Naked, Laithwaites, Daily Mail and Sunday Times wine clubs. It doesn't happen often but if a wine is not what you'd expect they'll either give a replacement or a voucher.
Today I received a call from Massimo, he listened to my feedback and apologised for the sale and the customer service. We had a long and pleasant chat and he is sending me some replacement wines.
So Pieroth have gone up in my estimation and I look forward to trying the wines. Thank you Massimo.
