I'm very happy with this shop. The items I have bought from them are of good quality and a fair price. They also pack and post very quickly so you don't have to wait long for your order.

Today I visited the store, where I had previously spotted a lovely coffee set for my daughter priced at £15. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed one of the cups had a significant crack, making it unsuitable as a present. I inquired about a discount, but my request was denied, with the reason being that prices were fixed, as is typical in a vintage shop. I was made to feel as though I was unaware of the set's true value and history. This experience has made me hesitant to return for future purchases. Unfortunately, a more innovative sales approach could generate greater revenue for the charity.

I was in the shop today . The coffee set I had already seen for my daughter was £15 but on inspection one of the cups had a deep crack so could not be used and looked bad as a gift . I asked for a reduction but was refused on the basis the price was fixed it was a charity shop and I should feel shame for questioning the price as was usual in a proper vintage shop. It was a clear attempt to prove I was ignorant of the age and pedigree of the set . I will be reluctant to return to buy anything . Sadly a more enterprising selling strategy would make more money for the charity .

I recently ordered two plaques from Pilgrim Gifts and they are beautiful. The customer service is also excellent. When I had a query re one of my packages it was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company and buy from them again.

I am a regular customer of the Pilgrim Shop and have never had a bad word to say about this company. Deliveries have always been quick, and if there ever was an issue with an item not being available, the company have always been upfront and so helpful when dealing with it, making me feel at ease. I shall continue to use the Pilgrim Shop! :)
